James was our recent technician for our quarterly Truly Nolan exterior pest treatment. He was prompt, professional, efficient, and thorough. He was helpful in answering questions regarding possible interior pests. James was also very pleasant to work with and (bonus) our dog loved him!

Ronnie from Truly Nolen was absolutely fantastic during our termite inspection. He was super friendly, very polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He thoroughly assessed the situation, booked us the treatment plan, and got us in fast, they’re coming on Monday:) Even our dog Oreo didn’t want him to leave, he was that great! Highly recommend:)

I'm always very happy with the customer service We've received from Truly! We've used there service for a couple years and we're moving, I thought it would be a pain but Kaitlyn and Shawn were extremely helpful and with barely any notice from me made the appointment we needed! I've never wondered if they sprayed or did the job I've requested, which is why we left the last company, the results speak for them selves. Thank you both
