Vince listens to the issues and then takes care of it! As long as he remains my tech I will stay with Truly Nolan.
Vince did a great job with our exterior pest service.
Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control performed a quarterly pest service and I'm well pleased with the service & technicians who have serviced my account. Thank You Truly Nolen staff & family!
I was supposed to get an inspection report but I've never heard from the guy
I had to write this because customer service like this is so rare these days. Ronnie came out to give me a quote for pest control and possibly termite treatment, and honestly the whole experience blew me away. First, I had to reschedule our original appointment because I was having car trouble, and he couldn't have…
I still have roaches!
Matthew was great and friendly. He was very thorough on inspecting my house and giving us solutions on how to take care of it. Definitely ask for him!
My own experience with Ronnie was exceptional! 😊 He is knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, kind and caring 😻 He is a live pet detective 🕵️
I am not happy with the level or service or attention to detail of this service. I am looking to break the contract since I do more pest control on my end than the company has success treating the issues we have.
Truly Nolen continues to keep our home free of pests, termites, pack rats and weeds. I can’t imagine trusting our home to anyone other company!
The inspector was great: pleasant and very knowledgeable, answering all our questions to our satisfaction.
Fred Cox does my quarterly pest control. He is, by far, the best service provider I have. He has serviced my house for many years and his professionalism and kind personality makes dealing with Truly Nolan a breeze. He is responsive to any concerns I may have and handles them with care. He is the biggest reason I have stayed with Truly Nolan.
John Myers is our technician. He is very knowledgeable and answers our questions so that we understand. John is very helpful and friendly. I recommend Truly Nolan for pest control.
John and James of turkey Nolen orange grove were very nice and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Top tier service from my service representative John Myers. Personable, friendly, professional.
We’ve been using Truly Nolen for over a decade, and the service has always been excellent — but John truly stands out! He’s professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. John M has been taking care of our house for the past year and has saved us from a lot of nightmarish bug problems. Since beginning treatments and taking his advice, our problem has decreased significantly. Thank you so much!!

Always been very satisfied with my coverage and services provided by John and James from my local Truly Nolen.
I love Truly Nolan and my technician Vince G. is excellent!! He always gets all the webs down from my back patio. He makes sure to keep an eye on my black ant colonies, keeping them at bay. Vince never misses a spot and he's super professional and friendly! I highly recommend Truly Nolan and their great bug services!
Fred is the best!!! Without Fred and Truly Nolan pest control my wife would have left Arizona 11 months ago! Our AZ house had not had proper pest control prior to us moving down from ND and Fred took care of business and made us feel comfortable enough to enjoy our backyard without feeling as if we were living in an insectarium.
John is an amazing worker and very personable! At our first visit, he found spider webs that I hadn't noticed. If we need service more frequently, he's happy to do that! I highly recommend Truly nolen & John!
Vince Gallo is personable and provides top notch service. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Vince!
The technician John is very professional and friendly!
Been a long time customer for termite and quarterly pest control services. Dependable and effective service throughout. Had the same technician for over 15 years until her retired and my new technician John is holding the standards of punctuality, respect for my property, communication, and service that I have come to expect from Truly Nolen.
My Technician Fred Cox, keeps the bad bugs away!!
Freddie Cox from Truly Nolan is our favorite service provider. Always punctual, professional and full of personality! Armed with a smile and kindness, he takes great care of two of our homes and is willing to accommodate our tricky schedules. Pests don’t stand a chance with Freddie by your side! Thanks Freddie!

Freddie is always helpful and does a great job!
I rarely write Google reviews unless we receive exceptional service (read my few other Google reviews), as is the case with Fred. We have been using Fred (Truly Nolan pest control) for several years now, and each time he goes above and beyond, in several key areas: 1. Knowledge. Fred has an intuitive…
John has been professional, respectful, and knowledgeable.
Freddie is a highly skilled, experienced energized expert who has scoured our property for several years adding great services, judgement and support in a true desert environment. He has successfully engaged various members of his Truly Nolen team to engage other services and skills as we’ve needed. You’ll truly appreciate his skills around your home!
Our pest guy, Freddy Cox is the best! We love his attitude, his detail and how hard he works. Was prepping for El Tour on the peloton and Freddie showed up. Asked him if he could wait 10 minutes so I could put up the dogs…..no problem!! Happy to wait. Love Freddie! He’s a fabulous worker and even better ambassador for Truly!!
Very polite, knowledgeable, and great job treating for pests
