Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

Vince listens to the issues and then takes care of it! As long as he remains my tech I will stay with Truly Nolan.

Vince did a great job with our exterior pest service.

Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control performed a quarterly pest service and I'm well pleased with the service & technicians who have serviced my account. Thank You Truly Nolen staff & family!

I was supposed to get an inspection report but I've never heard from the guy

I had to write this because customer service like this is so rare these days. Ronnie came out to give me a quote for pest control and possibly termite treatment, and honestly the whole experience blew me away. First, I had to reschedule our original appointment because I was having car trouble, and he couldn't have… Read full review

I still have roaches!

My own experience with Ronnie was exceptional! 😊 He is knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, kind and caring 😻 He is a live pet detective 🕵️

I am not happy with the level or service or attention to detail of this service. I am looking to break the contract since I do more pest control on my end than the company has success treating the issues we have.

Truly Nolen continues to keep our home free of pests, termites, pack rats and weeds. I can’t imagine trusting our home to anyone other company!

The inspector was great: pleasant and very knowledgeable, answering all our questions to our satisfaction.

Fred Cox does my quarterly pest control. He is, by far, the best service provider I have. He has serviced my house for many years and his professionalism and kind personality makes dealing with Truly Nolan a breeze. He is responsive to any concerns I may have and handles them with care. Vince never misses a spot and he's super professional and friendly! I highly recommend Truly Nolan and their great bug services!

Fred is the best!!! Without Fred and Truly Nolan pest control my wife would have left Arizona 11 months ago! Our AZ house had not had proper pest control prior to us moving down from ND and Fred took care of business and made us feel comfortable enough to enjoy our backyard without feeling as if we were living in an insectarium.

John is an amazing worker and very personable! At our first visit, he found spider webs that I hadn't noticed. If we need service more frequently, he's happy to do that! I highly recommend Truly nolen & John!

Freddie is a highly skilled, experienced energized expert who has scoured our property for several years adding great services, judgement and support in a true desert environment. He has successfully engaged various members of his Truly Nolen team to engage other services and skills as we’ve needed. You’ll truly appreciate his skills around your home!

Our pest guy, Freddy Cox is the best! We love his attitude, his detail and how hard he works. Was prepping for El Tour on the peloton and Freddie showed up. Asked him if he could wait 10 minutes so I could put up the dogs…..no problem!! Happy to wait. Love Freddie! He’s a fabulous worker and even better ambassador for Truly!!

Very polite, knowledgeable, and great job treating for pests

Fred Cox has been our “bug guy” for years. Always prompt and informative. Has done a great job keeping our property as bug free as possible.

Anthony is a wonderful representative of what I have come to expect from truly nolen. He always takes care of the issues that we have experienced with pests. He even goes above and beyond by using a product to keep snakes out of our yard. And he is friendly and considerate to our dogs.

Vince did a great & thorough job & pointed out an issue on our patio ceiling that we will fix. We so appreciate his hard work!

They don't use the extermination system that my builder put into the house. I frequently have bugs, especially spider in my home. They only spray the exterior and I still have spiderwebs on my house especially under ledges. No communication. No place to login to request additional sprays due to bugs. Very professional

Excellent, prompt, and courteous service.

Kelvin is the technician that I recommend. He is very professional and knowledgeable. If you're in the Marana or Avra Valley area then you should ask for Kelvin.

Hello - I can't tell if anyone has been out or not - the last exterminator left glue traps on the patio for crawling critters. The new person does not. Would prefer to have someone come when I am home, so advance notice would be appreciated. Thank you, Terry Jones

Jason is honest, explains options, is on time and prompt in follow up to questions. Highly recommend!

The estimator Jeremy was very knowledgeable and professional. He set up all the services in a timely manner and patiently answered all of our questions. Even though the pest control technician didn’t show up the first time, Jeremy promptly rescheduled the service for us. We would recommend Truly Nolen to our friends.

I was very impressed with the efficiency & knowledge of the team that came out to help us. Every single one of them were passionate about what they do & insightful in helping us move forward making decisions. I would not hesitate to use them again & am grateful the issues we have were taken care of very quickly!

They charge $39 per month but only on site four times per year. Not worth the cost.
