I still have roaches!
Fred is skilled and professional, and an overall kind man!
Four times since I started my service, I have been left waiting for hours and no-shows. On my first visit, the inspector came 15 minutes before the technician showed up. This didn’t give me any time to empty all of my cabinets.(Which he did not suggest) And I was never asked to do this until the third technician…
We’ve been using Truly Nolen for pest control at our rental for a few years now and they have always been great. John provides excellent service and is super flexible with our schedule and needs.
Huge “thank you” to Vince at Truly Nolen! He did a wonderful, very thorough job treating our home for pests in Marana. He was very friendly, informative, and took the time to make sure we understood what he was doing. His recommendations were greatly appreciated. We really felt like our home was in good hands.…

Truly (zing!) appreciate the help, treatment and advice John from the Marana location has provided regarding our roach situation. Very polite, knowledgeable, and great job treating for pests
Vince did a great & thorough job & pointed out an issue on our patio ceiling that we will fix. We so appreciate his hard work!
They got me scheduled right away, and even came early than expected.
always on time & do quality work
Tech was on time, did his work, was professional. But the brand itself did not show me the value in what I paid (in advance). It was only after I paid and scheduled my first inspection and treatment application that I found out rodents and termites are separate plans. Bad business. At this point what's done is done,…
service keeps going-up
Personable and professional service. Have way less bugs of all kinds since getting regular service from Truly Nolan. Will continue with them.
I have been using Truly Nolan Services since we first moved to Tucson in 1980. Your latest technician that has been servicing our house is TRENT GARDNER and I want to acknowledge his politeness and expertise. He is very friendly and easy to discuss any issue with and is one of the best technicians of yours that we…
Very timely, professional and effective.
Very proactive communication and always on time. Through work done each visit. Trent is very professional.
Excellent service from Trent. Very courteous and a hard worker.
Jason explained the services in detail and was very knowledgably and friendly. I feel more comfortable living in a new home in AZ that backs up to a natural area, and not worrying so much about scorpions, centipedes getting in the house. They screened some vents to keep snakes from getting in the yard.
Corey Ashcraft is an excellent technician. He answers all my questions and concerns. He takes care of all our house needs.
The technician was fast and thorough.
Great service! Polite, thorough and INEXPENSIVE!!!
Came right away after I called. So friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this company!
I pay for this service for my mother. She loves her service guy because he is friendly, on time, and is willing to answer her many questions. The important thing for me is peace of mind. She was having lots of issues with cockroaches and ants among other pests. Now, she is virtually pest free. Thank you Truly Nolen!!
