Annual termite inspection went well! Matthew Nielsen found some tubes and will verified if they need retreatment.

Matt Nielsen was fantastic! We called Truly Nolen out to look around for signs of termites because we found a small hole in one of our bedrooms. He assured us it wasn't termites that made the hole, as their was no evidence of their presence, and taught us what to look for as signs of termites going forward, which… Read full review

Four times since I started my service, I have been left waiting for hours and no-shows. On my first visit, the inspector came 15 minutes before the technician showed up. This didn’t give me any time to empty all of my cabinets.(Which he did not suggest) And I was never asked to do this until the third technician… Read full review

Fred Cox has been doing outside pest control on our Tucson home for 14 years on a quarterly basis. He is a cordial man and very thorough and knowledgeable about what to look for and how to treat the different types of pests! Truly Nolen is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee!

Generally I am happy with the service. However, a recorded phone message that I received before the service stated that the technician would arrive between 3pm to 5pm. I left work to be there. I arrived home to find that the technician had already been there hours earlier. This has happened before.

John at Truly Nolen has done a great job taking care of my home. And have had nothing but great service from everyone I’ve dealt with at TN.
