Michael has been providing an excellent service inspect ion with a quick turn around when needed l highly recommend his professional and friendly service.

James was our recent technician for our quarterly Truly Nolan exterior pest treatment. He was prompt, professional, efficient, and thorough. He was helpful in answering questions regarding possible interior pests. James was also very pleasant to work with and (bonus) our dog loved him!

Four times since I started my service, I have been left waiting for hours and no-shows. On my first visit, the inspector came 15 minutes before the technician showed up. Fred Cox has been doing outside pest control on our Tucson home for 14 years on a quarterly basis. He is a cordial man and very thorough and knowledgeable about what to look for and how to treat the different types of pests! Truly Nolen is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee!

Generally I am happy with the service. However, a recorded phone message that I received before the service stated that the technician would arrive between 3pm to 5pm. I left work to be there. I arrived home to find that the technician had already been there hours earlier. This has happened before.

John at Truly Nolen has done a great job taking care of my home. And have had nothing but great service from everyone I’ve dealt with at TN.
