Michael is an asset to Truly Nolen. He is prompt and always shows up. He is very friendly and takes his job very seriously.

James did an excellent job examining our house, getting rid of old traps and putting down new ones. He came on time and called when he was on his way. He was clear in explaining what he saw.

Iv'e had them for 5 years. At first they were fine. Then it got bad. So bad I had to fire them. I wont ever have them back again. My 2 cats do a better job.They need to stop blaming each other. none of them like the MGR. They don't know how to work as a team. Fire them all an start over.

Service tech Ryan Seppala is an excellent employee who has been consistently on-time, professional and friendly. I definitely recommend Truly Nolen's services based on him alone, although others have been just as friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from Trent. Very courteous and a hard worker.

Jason explained the services in detail and was very knowledgably and friendly. I feel more comfortable living in a new home in AZ that backs up to a natural area, and not worrying so much about scorpions, centipedes getting in the house. They screened some vents to keep snakes from getting in the yard.
