My own experience with Ronnie was exceptional! 😊 He is knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, kind and caring 😻 He is a live pet detective 🕵️
The inspector was great: pleasant and very knowledgeable, answering all our questions to our satisfaction.
Vince did a great job servicing my parent’s place while I was staying there. Very thorough and attentive to details. Great, friendly conversation as well!
Vince was on time and super helpful! He answered all my questions and I really appreciated his help. Thx Vince

Amazing service. So thankful for the attention to detail.
Freddie Cox from Truly Nolan is our favorite service provider. Always punctual, professional and full of personality! Armed with a smile and kindness, he takes great care of two of our homes and is willing to accommodate our tricky schedules. Pests don’t stand a chance with Freddie by your side! Thanks Freddie!
John has been professional, respectful, and knowledgeable.
Freddie is a highly skilled, experienced energized expert who has scoured our property for several years adding great services, judgement and support in a true desert environment. He has successfully engaged various members of his Truly Nolen team to engage other services and skills as we’ve needed. You’ll truly appreciate his skills around your home!
Very polite, knowledgeable, and great job treating for pests
Freddie Cox has been taking care of the pest control at our house for years. He always does a thorough job and is accommodating and easy to work with.
Vince did a great & thorough job & pointed out an issue on our patio ceiling that we will fix. We so appreciate his hard work!
I asked that I get a call before they arrive so I can make sure my dogs s are secured. I get my call, they knock politely when they arrive Anthony introduced me to his associate who was with him. Again at the end Anthony, stops art the door to let me know he is complete. The service is great, polite, and…
We have been with truly for years, we always receive the best service and the best communication. Brae has also been very helpful in any issues we may encounter
Iv'e had them for 5 years. At first they were fine. Then it got bad. So bad I had to fire them. I wont ever have them back again. My 2 cats do a better job. They need to stop blaming each other. none of them like the MGR. They don't know how to work as a team. Fire them all an start over.
Kelvin is the technician that I recommend. He is very professional and knowledgeable. If you're in the Marana or Avra Valley area then you should ask for Kelvin.
They charge $39 per month but only on site four times per year. Not worth the cost.
Tech was on time, did his work, was professional. But the brand itself did not show me the value in what I paid (in advance). It was only after I paid and scheduled my first inspection and treatment application that I found out rodents and termites are separate plans. Bad business. At this point what's done is done,…
service keeps going-up
Personable and professional service. Have way less bugs of all kinds since getting regular service from Truly Nolan. Will continue with them.
DON'T DO IT!!! I cannot begin to tell you how much I regret signing up with them. They charge you $150 just to get started then they tell you it's $40 a month but what they don't tell you is they only come out every 3 months so really you're paying $120 for service once in that 90 days. They claim they will come out…
Good service, have had no problems.
All the services I was told I would get were not performed. There are still spider webs everywhere. Spider web removal was part of what I paid for and did not recieve.
Trent is always great! Thorough, efficient and super friendly.
Truly Nolen is very responsive to your needs. No matter what the issue is they will do their best to take care of it. We use them on a regular basis and haven't had any trouble with pests.
We get absolutely first class service from Truly Nolen. Our technician Corey Ashcraft is a dedicated professional and expert. We consider him part of the family. Arizona is filled with dangerous insects and pests and I am sure this environment is challenging for any pest control company. Jeremy prides himself on…
Truly Nolan was highly recommended to us after we purchased our home in Marana. Never having lived in the desert, we were totally unfamiliar with the pest issues here. We are absolutely pleased with the service that Jason and Corey have provided us. They are friendly and polite, and more importantly always take…
Excellent service from Trent. Very courteous and a hard worker.
Jason explained the services in detail and was very knowledgably and friendly. I feel more comfortable living in a new home in AZ that backs up to a natural area, and not worrying so much about scorpions, centipedes getting in the house. They screened some vents to keep snakes from getting in the yard.
Corey Ashcraft is an excellent technician. He answers all my questions and concerns. He takes care of all our house needs.
The technician was fast and thorough.
Great service! Polite, thorough and INEXPENSIVE!!!
I pay for this service for my mother. She loves her service guy because he is friendly, on time, and is willing to answer her many questions. The important thing for me is peace of mind. She was having lots of issues with cockroaches and ants among other pests. Now, she is virtually pest free. Thank you Truly Nolen!!
We are very happy with Truly Nolen Pest Service! They are very responsive when we call them and they are helping us acclimate to our new surroundings here is Arizona.
Fred does an excellent job of trying to keep the bugs away. He truly understands the bugs I hate and makes sure they are gone!!! Thanks Fred!!!
Customer service is the top priority of Truly Nolan. We've had them service our residence for almost 3 years and we couldn't be happier. Of particular note is their attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism.
Just began service and extremely impressed. Jason and Corey are extremely friendly and courteous as well as prompt. Phoned to confirm times and to keep us up to date on arrival. Jason very thorough in his explanation of pests and their control, as well as the broad range of services available. Corey was cheerful…
Just normal bug control. Still need mesh applied to air conditioner to avoid rodents.
Very nice people and great results. I see other people on the next-door web site that find spiders and things in their yard but we never do. I think that is because I use Truly Nolan.
The only company I will use for my services. They have always been professional and I have confidence in their service.
