Fantastic, reliable professional friendly staff. Their billing was clear and the staff went above and beyond expectations. Plus I love their eco-friendly methods of removing uninvited critters in my wall. I will definitely hire them in the future.
We started using Truly Nolen in May of 2026 and have been completely delighted with the responsiveness and service. Adi is our account manager and he is our ‘one stop shop’ for anything we need with Truly Nolen Services. He is proactive, immediately responsive, and has great follow-up to any asks. Highly recommend the services…..

Adi Kuric has been our long term Termite Pro and he offers the very best in service care. We can call anytime with questions or concerns and he is always there for us. He makes us feel like family. We have been with Truly Nolan for 10 years and are highly satisfied with their termite service.
Peter Thomas performed a thorough inspection. Is very personable and easy to understand. ( filling this out atMaraya Cassini’s request as she does not have a google acct)
Adi is the best! He took care of things when we had termites and we have not had any problems since (it’s been 7 years). You are in good hands with him!
Adi came by and the problem is hopefully solved. I already submitted a survey and gave my remarks
Technicians were very professional and answered all questions. Explained all the services.
Manuel (Manny) and his team, Jalen, Brent & Jeremy did an absolutely fantastic job! They arrived on time, with a phone call, prior & told me what they planned to do. Manny also encouraged any questions that I might have. I already had 3 seperate inspections done, confirming both dry wood as well as subterranean…
Manuel and Brent did a great job. They were very experienced and explained very well what they were doing along the way.
Angel & Jalen are always so professional and make sure they do a great job covering and protecting all areas of our house. They are always on time and work together as a team to get the job done in a timely manner. I will recommend them to all my family, friends, and neighbors.
Had Truly Nolan Pest Control perform my annual inspection and service on my house today. The two technicians Angel Ortiz and his assistant Jalen did an excellent inspection and service. I've been having some issues with some little ants coming into my home. Tried different options before calling the professionals. The team was courteous and timely. I was even able to have a termite inspection with Adi Kuric performed, and he was through and courteous! 10 stars, not 5! Highly recommend!
Adi Kuric at Truly Nolan is outstanding to work with. He's been with the company for 14 years and really knows his job. He's a happy, friendly, efficient and outgoing person who listens and is very supportive of his customers. Living in Tucson, you have to protect your house from termite damage and I highly recommend Adi and Truly Nolan.

This weekend one of the rodent traps on our property had an unwanted visitor. On a Saturday afternoon, Truly Nolen tech Robert came out and took care of the situation. I sincerely appreciate Truly Nolen’s customer service and responsiveness. And a special note for Carlos our regular tech who is here on time every time to service those traps.
Truly Nolan has amazing customer service! My parents have used them for over 10 years and have never been let down. Adi Kuric has gone above and beyond time and time again for our family. Recently, a different company came to inspect our family home at the request of a potential buyer. Not only was their report…
Been doing work with these guys for over 5 years. Always ready to help. Michael does my weed control, my yard has never looked better. Juan does tick control. My dogs are healthy and clean no matter what the neighbors have.
My technician Adi was very professional and on time. Did a call ahead as I requested. Answered all my questions. I would highly recommend.
I’ve had the same technician for over 10 years. He knows my kids, my dogs and my wife. His name is Juan and we couldn’t be happier. He’s friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and is a great man. We’ve had other companies offer a slightly cheaper price but I’ll pay the little extra to have Juan be my tech until he retires.
Yolanda Duarte is the best. She was super helpful when we needed to get us set up with termite treatment. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Scott was also very efficient and nice to work with. Love that office
Adi Kuric is great!! We worked with Adi at Truly Nolen for the Termite Pretreatment that is required before we could pour the concrete slabs for our house and detached garage. The treatment has to be within 24 to 48 hours of the concrete pours and even with some unforeseen delays with the concrete, he worked with us…
No termites for over 10 years thanks to this service…
I just started service with this company. So far I am very impressed. Initially, the manager Adi, stopped by to go over everything. He was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I had Truly Nolen come out last July to do a termite inspection and give me a quote for the termite preventative at my rental property. I live in another state but Adi was extremely accommodating.
