We lost power late Friday afternoon. TruTec sent a highly experienced electrician who diagnosed the problem, drove across town and back for a replacement part, repaired and tested the breaker, and explained what he did and why. We highly recommend them.

Stewart was amazing! He worked out in heavy rain to fix an issue that became an emergency and needed to be dealt with that day. Super grateful for him.

Stewart and his team spent an entire day with me at our new house, removing an old Federal Pacific subpanel and replacing the main subpanel. They were there very late, making sure that everything was working and labeled properly.

Isaiah was great at analyzing the problem and finding a solution the same day. I needed the power to my septic tank pump fixed asap otherwise I couldn’t use any water in the house. He came back at 8pm to finish the install after getting the part because he knew how important this was for my 4 young children in the house. A++

Stewart did a great job after our whole house lost power. He stayed late, got us back online quickly, and even my ice cream survived!

Stewart really saved our bacon after our house was left without power and stayed late to make sure things were done well rather than leave because it was getting late. I’m really grateful to have professionals working on our electrical system, and will use Trutec in the future

Nikolay arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He fixed the circuit breaker and repaired our outdoor string lights, and he also checked all the wall sockets to make sure everything was safe and working properly. Tony Gonzales, the electrician, was very thorough, professional, caring of our needs, & worked at a very good pace to fix our electrical issues.

When I needed electrical work done they showed up, went through the different areas of the house, and let us know where we had issues. They gave the explanation of the work to be done and the cost to have it completed. We agreed and they came first thing in the morning and complete the work the same day. I just used Bon Lafayette at TruTec and he did a great job. He found the problem, ( tripped Gcsfi switch) quickly and was able to only charge a minimal fee to come on site.

Helpful on the phone even before coming out for a service call; Cole was professional, didn’t rush me, and did quality work after laying out three ways to address my residential issue with a treadmill.

They did try to upsell me so watch out for that. That said, the guys were courteous and diligent when they came out on the first day. I was surprised they couldn’t repair the breaker the day they came out (this was nick and cole). Then the next day Jerry came.
