I want to start by saying this review was originally going to be a 1‑star rating. The initial walkthrough from TruTec was outstanding—thorough, informative, and far better than the two other companies we received estimates from. We had just purchased new kitchen appliances and needed updated wiring, especially since… Read full review

Had TruTec out to troubleshoot previous installation of receptacles in our garage. For some reason, our garage doors weren't getting power and stopped working. Nikolai found and fixed the problem. Great service. Considered warranty work so we weren't charged. Glad we went with True Tec!

Working with Trutec was an awesome experience. The appointment was easy to schedule, it was on time, and all the issues were resolved! I felt like they were very reasonably priced. I agree with all the previous reviews, this is a great and reliable company! Nikolay was efficient and did an excellent job!

I’ve had TruTec out for about 5–6 different projects, and I’ve worked with several members of their team. Every time, I’ve been really happy with the service. T-Tec under estimated the local utility charges by a Factor -X10: Which Added $2,000 To our Bill! The indoor work was soon completed, but the outdoor work had to be re-scheduled multiple times and the delays multiplied all by the local utility company? Meanwhile, T-T had forgotten 4 of the 5 upgrades line items… Read full review

Great admin, great techs. Polite, high quality work and a great experience overall.

Service gets 5 stars. The team worked well together. Efficient and on time. Gave me a good idea of what they were doing and why. Thank you Stewart and Hector. Price is kind of high, hence 4 stars, but I suggested senior discounts! Nick says he's on that. I hope I don't have to but I would use them again.

First, let me start out by saying the companies communication was exceptional. From the moment we called, to the text messages notifying us when the technician was coming to Ayven providing a picture of our technician, Stewart. Trutec Electric did amazing job on my driveway floodlight new installation. Isaiah very professional and provided good advice. I recommend Trutec if you need electrician assistance. I’m fully support family business in the neighborhood

Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. For a malfunctioning ceiling can light - he determined the socket was bent and easily straightened but also went int attic to make sure no wiring had been damaged.

When I had the estimate I asked for 20 amp circuits, and while they put 20 amp breakers they only put 15 amp receptacles and now I really can't do what I needed the 20 amp circuits for. 15 amp receptacles are rated for 12 amp continuous use ( not enough) .

Alix did a great job, explained everything thoroughly but in plain terms & was extremely professional.

This was my first time using TruTec Electric and I could not be happier with the service. I was experiencing an electrical issue late at night and was able to book a tech for first thing in the am. My electrician Isaiah was great - friendly, professional, and got the work done quick. That said, the service was fairly overpriced. $875 to replace 7 light switches - a couple hours of work I honestly could have just done myself.

Great experience with Isaiah and Alix. Very professional and understood exactly what I was needing.

We lost power to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The fuses looked fine and weren’t tripped, so that’s about the extent of my troubleshooting ability.
