Excellent service and outcome. Pricing was exactly as estimated. No upselling as I’ve experienced with several other chains. Job was thorough and carpets were clean and fluffier than I have seen in years. Evan was thorough and personable.
The technician was really nice. However, there were spots missed. Had to take out our mini cleaner and go over it again. Not sure if a deodorizer was used, there was a lingering smell afterwards. Giving three stars because of the tech, but will probably use another carpet company in the future.
