After seeing a technician at my neighbors house, I asked about their services and he gave me a magnet with their info on it. I visited the website and sent a message. Curtis answered 3 days later, I replied and never hear from them again. I then tried calling and got no one. I then received a text message from Curtis, where I finally got some info. After saying I'd like to get on the schedule, I again, never heard back. It's now been 16 days since I first reached out and still have not heard back. This has been a weird experience.. I just wanted to give them my business but they don't seem to want it?
