Beyond awful. They confirmed an appointment with me at a certain time and were not there at the time. Never answered my phone calls. Texted me to go upstairs to check the apartment out alone with a tenant in the apartment… The tenant had no idea I was coming but luckily she was gracious to show us the apartment.…

Ken was the absolute best. His knowledge of the beach area was right on. He knew the value of our condo as well as the best selling price for it. Ken was always responsive to any of our questions or concerns and updated us on the sale regularly. The sale of our condo went very smoothly thanks to Ken and Turn Key Realty.

After waiting almost an hour for the agent I receive a text that he’s not going to make it… Immediately when I receive the application I apply, pay 35 dollars to be checked and then wait for a response. Days go by without a response if I’m selected or denied with my application not opened. Finally I receive an email saying it’s been opened and less than 3 minutes later I was told by text message that the landlord went with the only other applicant on Zillow…

From our first phone conversation to close (and beyond), Ken has prioritized my mom’s best interests and given excellent counsel. He was referred to us by one of mom’s neighbors when mom decided to sell her condo and move to Florida. In our 1st in person meeting, Ken explained the entire process thoroughly and answered all our questions. Ken took care of everything while we were OUT OF state. He coordinated everything so smoothly. Mom’s AC broke down just days before her move. He proposed to take care of fixing it b/c we were not going to be in the state. He contacted an hvac professional to take care of the repairs, he made sure her smoke detectors were at code, etc … While being out of state, we did not have to do a THING. He was in constant communication with us/mom, updating us on the steps, what was needed, taking care of all the paper work for us. Mom got an offer the day of her Open house. Ken has gone above and beyond. Responsive, responsible, very knowledgeable. It is so pleasant to know that you have on your side someone with unparalleled professionalism, and an excellent knowledge of the local market. I wish we could take him w/us down here in Florida to help us find mom’s next home. He even took care of emptying mom’s mailbox prior to giving the keys to the new buyer and sent everything via Fedex to our Adr in Florida. Who would do that? If you are looking for an agent to be on your side all the way, someone to take all the weigh/stress out of selling or buying a place, then look no more. You found it w/Ken. Do NOT hesitate. Give him a call, you will not regret it.
