The service man came by and walked the lawn spraying in various places, however, he didn’t info us of what he was spraying for nor did he leave any documents info us of what he was doing.

I’ve had a recent problem with roaches getting into our home. The Turner technician did an initial assessment and treatment and has come back two times to do follow-up. Turner is always quick to respond and remedy any issue I call them about.
In our experience, Turner’s well-prepared representatives seem conscientious about their work and do a good job.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have never had a complaint. They are very responsive to whatever problems or questions I have. Their employees are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They follow up on any problems that you may have incurred. I would give them a 10* rating.
