The team at Twins Collision will change your expectations about body shops. They are accommodating, fast, easy to communicate with, and professional!. I brought my Telluride in for a bumped replacement and the experience was wonderful. They even washed the car and filled up the tank when it was ready to be picked up.

Trustworthy folks who do great work! They will continue to be my go to as long as I live in the neighborhood and probably as long as I am in NYC.

We chose Twins because they partnered with our insurance which made the process of getting our car repaired much easier. But I would recommend Twins regardless. They did a beautiful job, were friendly, and kept me informed of the progress. My car looked brand new when they were done!

This is my 3rd time there (unfortunately. Lol). Needless to say they are the best collision shop in the area. Especially if you care about paint matching etc. attention to detail in general. They go over everything that is damaged and replace it with original OEM parts only. Car is better than new. Highly recommend.

I made the trip from Brooklyn because my local shop isn't reliable but twins collision came through for me and did exactly as promised. Dropped off on Monday and picked up on Friday. Easy and quick communication over email. I'd recommend them for sure.

Hit a deer which caused some bad damage to the front and passenger side of my car. They were able to replace, fix and paint everything so it looked brand new when they were done!

Had a mirror repaired here after being sideswiped in the lovely street of Queens! Service was fast - less then a week . Very professional and amazing people working there!

I went in for an estimate today for some front bumper work, and was immediately able to get it checked out by Chris. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, giving me good advice on what should be done. Not only that, he fixed it on the spot and I was on my way within 20 minutes! I love using Twins Collision they got my car back to me in 4 days. wow that was fast my car was give back to me almost brand new Detail and all.

Someone sideswiped my parked 2018 BMW. I took it to twins collision and they provided excellent service and even finished ahead of schedule. Came out perfect, highly recommended!! UPDATE: Went back for a bumper, hood and fender repair. Service was exceptional again. If you want outstanding work + service at reasonable prices, this is where to go.
