I’m always nervous handing my car over to a new mechanic but Twins was unbelievably excellent in all aspects right from the start. I happened across Twins when I was searching for a collision expert in the area. It took them less than 15 minutes to give me an all encompassing estimate. Their price was reasonable. They provided a cash discount. The car was finished in the exact amount of time they said it would take. I’d recommend them for anyone even if you have a busy schedule. Lucy was a big part of why I ended up coming here. She kept me informed every step of the way. Lucy and her team were professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. They knew exactly what paint to order for my car and told me exactly what they could and could not do. The work they did on my car was phenomenal. They went above and beyond. Twins polished the car and everyone at my work complimented me on how nice the car looked after and asked me where I got it done. Even when there was an issue with the car post repair, Lucy and the owner fixed it and made it a very painless experience for me. Best auto shop I’ve worked with and I’ll definitely be coming back.
