My insurance company recommended this shop, and I’m so glad they did! My entire experience was seamless, they communicated with me throughout, and my car looks brand new. While I hope to not need them in the future, I’d definitely return as a customer!

The team at Twins Collision will change your expectations about body shops. They are accommodating, fast, easy to communicate with, and professional!. I brought my Telluride in for a bumped replacement and the experience was wonderful. They even washed the car and filled up the tank when it was ready to be picked up.

Trustworthy folks who do great work! They will continue to be my go to as long as I live in the neighborhood and probably as long as I am in NYC.

We chose Twins because they partnered with our insurance which made the process of getting our car repaired much easier. But I would recommend Twins regardless. They did a beautiful job, were friendly, and kept me informed of the progress. My car looked brand new when they were done!

Dropped off car and got it back very quickly, work was top notch and communication throughout the process was great, there’s a reason they’ve been a neighborhood staple for so many decades

Impeccable work and customer service. Not only did they fix my car earlier than expected, they washed the outside, cleaned the inside, and charged it! They even gave me a ride to the train when I dropped it off. I will never go anywhere else.
