Customers generally praise Two Maids for thorough deep cleaning, friendly staff, and effective communication regarding specific requests. However, recurring criticisms in lower-rated reviews highlight inconsistent service quality, missed details like baseboards or blinds, and high pricing relative to the work performed. Some clients also noted that different teams are assigned to each visit, leading to variable results and occasional scheduling issues.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your cleaning did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is to feel that you did not receive the level of service you were expecting for your home.
We appreciate you recognizing that the issue was not with the cleaners personally. That said, it is our responsibility as a professional house cleaning service to make sure our teams are properly trained and understand the expectations for every cleaning. We clearly missed the mark here.
We’re disappointed that we did not meet your expectations and would love to see if there is anything we can do to make this right. We’re sorry to hear you won’t be continuing with Two Maids, and we will be using your feedback to address our training and quality-control expectations moving forward.
