Very professional! The tile and grout look new again! This was a big job and the results are amazing..
I don't often write reviews, but this is the kind of business I jump to write a review about. Fair, timely, and honest about what he can and can't do. The kind of person I truly appreciate doing business with. He took one look at our cat urine issue (we missed a UTI for a while and a spot behind a play structure that was being used as a pee spot) on a second floor with a wood subfloor and said he couldn't do it safely and effectively because of its position and extensiveness. And he told us what we needed to do instead. He still cleaned our mattress and took a look at our hardwood floor downstairs that also needs finishing. No fluff, no BS, just honest work at an honest price. Much appreciated!

Excellent company and proven dedication to the performance of service, regardless of difficulty, as proven by the results. My brick and sandstone floors were covered by 40 years of wax, and other sealants making it incredibly difficult to clean and seal properly. Two Sheas responded to the challenge and never quit, in spite of recommendations by other restoration companies, due to the difficulty of deep cleaning brick and sandstone flooring. My floors look spectacular and have never looked better. I would highly recommend this company if you have difficult flooring that needs complete and thorough restoration.
