U HAVE IT MAID - Chicago Cleaning Services

I’ll start by saying that the customer service/front desk was very responsive and offered a slight credit, however the work done was not worth the price paid. We booked a move-in deep cleaning, wanting to move into a freshly cleaned house. I was impressed by the checklist online, especially the listed details… Read full review

Lucia did an excellent job on my 2 bed 1 bath! It’s spotless and she was extremely thorough. I’ve used other cleaning companies in Chicago and Lucia really outdid all of them. Easy to book online and they sent me a quote quickly. Will absolutely be booking Lucia with U Have It Maid again!

Arrived on-time, did a great job cleaning

A fantastic experience! Came home and everything just FELT clean. An inspiration for me to make sure I stay tidy.

Great service and really amazing job. Very happy with it.

They were amazing! I booked them for the apartment we just moved out of and the condo we just moved into and I can’t recommend them enough!

We’ve been utilizing their services for every month for almost a year now, and you truly do not recognize how beneficial it is to have a clean house to come home to everyday until it happens. Their team is always so thorough and professional and polite. They work around our two crazy dogs who love them, and they… Read full review

Great customer service and communication. Hired for a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom deep clean out service with some high attention needs - they did a fantastic thorough job.

Everything was amazing, we both have OCD and their work was beyond our expectation! 1000%, yes 1000% booking your cleaning service with U Have It Maid!

They did a great job, nice to come home to a clean apartment

Walls, windows, blinds and some ledges not done very well.

We were pleasantly surprised with the service provided. We asked for a deep clean for our 4 bedroom home and they did an amazing job. We had excellent communications via text every step of the way. As a fun note, they had a little creativity with setting up our Knick Knacks in cool positions. Definitely will be getting service from them again

Adelia was amazing! She was so nice and everything looked fantastic when she was done!

Lucia and her crew did a phenomenal job deep cleaning my home prior to me moving in. They were punctual, courteous and extremely thorough. The property seller paid for professional cleaners that still did not clean as deeply as Lucia and her crew did when they came in.

Really happy with my deep cleaning service for a 1 bed/ 1 bath apartment. Maylin really took the time to do an exceptional job. I didn’t know what to expect from the quality as this was my first time hiring a cleaning service. Nonetheless I’m very impressed with the company and the cleaners. Highly recommend

Maylin and her team were amazing! I had a deep clean done, and the place is totally spotless. The level of detail is incredible! The communication from U HAVE IT MAID is very thorough as well, and the price was reasonable for the service provided. Would highly recommend!!

U HAVE IT MAID has been fantastic. Estefania did an amazing job cleaning my apartment - everything was spotless, organized, and fresh. She was thorough, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend their service and will definitely book again!

Great service for a great price. The two maids that performed the cleaning were VERY thorough and cleaned better and faster than me and my wife could. We live in a three-story townhome, so cleaning is always a pain. I am definitely considering hiring them biweekly due to my extremely busy schedule, and after such… Read full review

My studio apartment was cleaned thoroughly! Dayse was the best! I dont even have to ask for anything they know what they are doing. I had my closet organized as well. It was perfect!

Had 2 helpers come in to clean my 1200 square foot apartment and they cleaned it but not super clean… the good thing was was prompt and easy; and the flexible cancellation was super helpful as I had to reschedule once due to my renovations taking longer than expected. However , the quality of cleaning was not as… Read full review

Booked U Have It Maid for a last minute deep clean for guests I was having over. Lucia was so thorough and left the place better than when I moved in!

Our experience was wonderful! They were professional, responsive, and did an excellent job with the deep cleaning. We’ll be using them again!

Lucia deep cleaned our entire condo to prep for our move-in. She was incredibly thorough! The apartment is sparkling clean and we are very happy. U Have It Maid was super easy to book with, they were even able to come the same day I called, which was a pleasant surprise! Definitely recommend for anyone needing a deep cleaning.

Samantha was very thorough and left things clean and tidy! She even got into the baseboards where a lot of grout was built-up and it’s completely removed. It’s an old building so I’m pretty impressed with the results.

Wonderful deep clean. Place looked 5 star hotel quality after our vacation

I received a deep cleaning and they did a fantastic job! Their team was also very quick to respond to any questions and requests I had before the cleaning. I will definitely be using their services again

2 ladies came out for a move in deep clean session. They did a fantastic job, every crevice and nook was cleaned. We were very impressed

No stone was left unturned! My roommates and I needed a deep clean after living in our apartment for the last 4 years and I couldn’t be more impressed. Outside of the clean communication was perfect and pricing was very fair. Estefania was very nice and very detailed with the clean. I highly recommend this service.

I scheduled a deep clean and was very happy with services. Easy to get pricing / schedule. I received a reminder and text updates when they were on the way. The girls did a really nice job, especially with my grimy stove top that I could never get as clean as they did. They also arrived within the timeframe they gave me.

The cleaner that came to our house, she was very professional and thorough. Would recommend her

they cleaned my apartment very well i recommended them 10 out 10 i am very thankful

I had my first deep cleaning and could not be happier. The cleaner did an excellent job and had my house cleaner than it has been in years!
