I’ve been a customer for over a year and have my house cleaned every other week. Recently when I was traveling, I requested to skip a cleaning (first time ever) and I was charged a “skip fee”.

I’ll start by saying that the customer service/front desk was very responsive and offered a slight credit, however the work done was not worth the price paid.
We booked a move-in deep cleaning, wanting to move into a freshly cleaned house. I was impressed by the checklist online, especially the listed details around light switch cleaning and appliance cleaning.
I told the front desk that my home also had ten foot ceilings. They said they would use the first couple of steps and reach tools to dust.
It was smooth to organize and to let the cleaners into the house. The company sent two cleaners for a 2800 sq ft deep cleaning with add-ons for the garage and a deck. The cleaners were there for about 7-8 hrs and waited for me to return before leaving. Initial glance and smell indicated work was done, so they left for the day.
I did a deeper inspection and found numerous cobwebs in reachable corners, dirty light switches, dirt on the side of my kitchen island, spiderweb on the deck, dirty toilets, dusty kitchen lights, thick dust on air vents, and dead bugs on the floor.
A silver lining was that the kitchen appliances looked scrubbed down, but everywhere I looked did not indicate a deep cleaning took place for the whole house.
On top of that, one of my floor vents were broken but damage was not disclosed. The front office did reimburse for the damage but said the cleaners did not remember breaking anything.
With the list of misses, they sent a cleaner back out a few days later. I would have assumed a new person, but it was the same cleaner as before. She asked what was missed and I pointed out some specific spots and a few examples (like light switches that needed to be done). It looked to be about 2-3 hrs of rework but the cleaner called me saying she was finished less than an hour later.
When checked, she cleaned only the specific things we pointed at, despite the clear mess surrounding. For example, all of the light switches were dirty, but she only cleaned the single one I pointed at despite me saying all.
I sent these notes to the front office and got a slight discount but overall I received less than 50% of the checklist items completed. I have now had to buy my own supplies to clean because it felt so dirty still.
Front office was nice and booking easy. The quality of work means I will not be rebooking in the future.
