I’ll start by saying that the customer service/front desk was very responsive and offered a slight credit, however the work done was not worth the price paid. We booked a move-in deep cleaning, wanting to move into a freshly cleaned house. I was impressed by the checklist online, especially the listed details…
Arrived on-time, did a great job cleaning
Lucia did a great job cleaning one of our apartments. U Have it Maid was incredibly easy to work with. I will use them again.
They were amazing! I booked them for the apartment we just moved out of and the condo we just moved into and I can’t recommend them enough!
I had a move- in deep clean done on my new apartment before any furniture was brought into my new place. They did a great job! My place looked so clean, they made sure to get all the deep cleaning spots needed and showed up on time. Nothing but great things to say about this service!
Easy to schedule, easy to work with. They did a great job! Very Thorough. Will go back.
The team was super communicative and made the process so easy. Adelia was amazing and left everything spotless!
Great attention to detail and an easy booking process. They were also very easy to communicate with! I used them for a move in deep clean and would do so again.
Great customer service and communication. Hired for a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom deep clean out service with some high attention needs - they did a fantastic thorough job.
Completely amazed by the job that Dayse did cleaning our apartment for a move-out; it looks brand new! Easy reservation process, prompt and pleasant communication, high-quality service, and excellent results. Thanks so much for making this so easy for us!
Walls, windows, blinds and some ledges not done very well.
Lucia and her crew did a phenomenal job deep cleaning my home prior to me moving in. They were punctual, courteous and extremely thorough. The property seller paid for professional cleaners that still did not clean as deeply as Lucia and her crew did when they came in.
The two cleaners were excellent—such hardworking individuals who did an exceptional job.
Maylin and Samantha did an amazing job! Would hire them again
Their attention to detail is next level! I hired these cleaners for a move in clean. The price was reasonable and they truly got into every nook and cranny. My home felt so clean and welcoming by the end, and I’ll definitely be getting monthly cleans with them moving forward.
I highly recommend their service! They were awesome!
They did a fantastic job on my moveout cleaning for a very reasonable price. More than happy with everything - highly recommend!
Had 2 helpers come in to clean my 1200 square foot apartment and they cleaned it but not super clean… the good thing was was prompt and easy; and the flexible cancellation was super helpful as I had to reschedule once due to my renovations taking longer than expected. However , the quality of cleaning was not as…
I am completely satisfied with my cleaning service today. The two women worked for six hours straight and did a extremely thorough job. The place looks great. I cannot recommend high enough.
Lucia deep cleaned our entire condo to prep for our move-in. She was incredibly thorough! The apartment is sparkling clean and we are very happy. U Have It Maid was super easy to book with, they were even able to come the same day I called, which was a pleasant surprise! Definitely recommend for anyone needing a deep cleaning.
