Ultimate European Repair

Would like to see more transparency with their invoice breaking out the labor rate and hours to do the job and the cost of parts separately so their costs can be compared to other shops And dealership.

Being a repeat customer for routine service of of our Mercedes by the team at Ultimate European Repair Center continues to exceed our expectations. They have saved me hundreds of dollars by not having unnecessary service done based on another centers suggestion; proving second opinions do matter. They are a prime… Read full review

Excellent service, fast turnaround, great pricing for European models. I had a full service of numerous parts on both my engine and suspension, and got my car back in a week. Will return for all my service needs and highly recommend for any other European car owners.

I absolutely love this place! I own a Mercedes and for the last 4 years, I have been taking my car here for routine maintenance. I have always found them to be incredibly honest and the work they do is top notch! Prices are incredibly reasonable compared to dealership

I’ve been taking my Beemers to Andrew for 7 years and they always are top notch .. customer service is another level . Your vehicle is is good hands down, highly recommend !!

Just a wonderful place to do business. Treated like royalty. There're not enough words to express how great the entire staff and I highly recommend this auto shop. From the Uber ride to a loaner was beyond what I expected. They made an expensive repair palatable. Just a good experience all the way around. .

What a great experience! I wanted to find a place close to home that works on BMW’s and I am very glad I found UER. Unbelievable customer service and terrific work done. I will only be coming here for my car needs.

My car always drives better after I take it here its worth the money.

10 , keep it up 👍, we need honest people in this business. Thanks 🙏🏼

Had my Audi serviced here because Audi Peoria didn't have any available appointments for several weeks. Now I am kind of glad they didn't because this place just gained a new customer. For the many years I have been going to Audi, I have never seen their garage or ever have been given a little "thank you" goodie… Read full review

For several years I have been trying to find a quality service team for my BMW. UER did an excellent job fixing a long time oil leak on my 2001 740iL. Riley was exceptional in his service and communication during the process. I will continue to use this team to service my vehicle. Thank you so much for being… Read full review

Always had great service there. Best beemer mechanic on the W side. Edit: wrote this review 2 years ago. Nothings changed. Great customer service. Won't take my car anywhere else.

Andrew is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and honest. He will tell you straight what your vehicle needs and what kind of shape you are keeping your car in. He only recommends needed repairs. We have been impressed with this place the past 4 years. Owner is amazing to work with. That's why we continue to go back.

Andrew (owner & head Mech) is one of the most conscientious and thorough mechanics with whom I've ever had the pleasure to do business. His complete attention to detail explains why he so proficient at troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues. He is the only BMW expert who has touched my car since I met him.

Andrew, Alex, and Justin are some of the courteous and most professional in the industry. I've completely lost faith in dealership service departments, and I came to UER to give them a try. I was not disjointed with the quality of care, and they actually saved me thousands of dollars in repairs that the dealership… Read full review

Great and friendly service.

I was recommended this business and I could not be happier with the service I received. The staff were very friendly and diagnosed my cars problems in no time and repaired it at a very reasonable price. I will be taking my car to them from now on!

Andrew,Patrick and Amanda were all fantastic. We had first taken our car for a scheduled maintenance and were told we needed several things with a 7000+ in additional repairs. We came here for a second opinion.Ultimate did find 2 issues which they repaired way under the other quotes. They were very fair, honest and… Read full review
