Ultimate European Repair

Fair price if you don’t have the means to wrench at home. Took my Audi in for an oil change and they did a complimentary inspection for free. This is my go to indie shop and it’s close to home. Thank you!

Thank you to the team for helping me get a good start with my newly purchased used vehicle. Shout out to Xander, who was professional, personable, informative and very knowledgeable. The experience was more personal than a dealer or other shops I have been to. I appreciate the communication and accommodation for my… Read full review

Would like to see more transparency with their invoice breaking out the labor rate and hours to do the job and the cost of parts separately so their costs can be compared to other shops And dealership.

Great Customer Service , I am on my 2nd BMW and have trusted them ! They really care and get a full report from them on services done and details of future service needs such as brakes etc. Thanks !

Up front pricing. Quick service turnaround. Good detail on visual inspections.

Excellent service, fast turnaround, great pricing for European models. I had a full service of numerous parts on both my engine and suspension, and got my car back in a week. Will return for all my service needs and highly recommend for any other European car owners.

I’ve been taking my Beemers to Andrew for 7 years and they always are top notch .. customer service is another level . Your vehicle is is good hands down, highly recommend !!

This shop is honest, transparent, and has great communication. Called for an oil change and issues with AC (car had been taken in twice to dealer for this issue). They offered to have car looked at same day. Due to AC issue I already suspected a few days of diagnostic/repair and was able coordinate with Lisa to… Read full review

Just a wonderful place to do business. Treated like royalty. There're not enough words to express how great the entire staff and I highly recommend this auto shop. From the Uber ride to a loaner was beyond what I expected. They made an expensive repair palatable. Just a good experience all the way around. .

What a great experience! I wanted to find a place close to home that works on BMW’s and I am very glad I found UER. Unbelievable customer service and terrific work done. I will only be coming here for my car needs.

Had an excellent experience at this shop recently. I’ve always gone to chain shops and they always provide just so so service. This shop is different. Outstanding service and attention to detail in their work. Also Heidi was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be back to have all my vehicles serviced.

Drew and the team are the best. Their recommendations are always spot on, honest and provide a great value. I have never had a repair shop warranty their work before I used UEA. Funny, I have never needed it because all of my work was done right the first time. I literally drive from across town to get my BMW… Read full review

Great, professional service, kept me well informed on the progress of the repair

Scheduling was on time. Had a thorough explanation on the repairs to be performed. The staff was wonderful and knowledgeable in every aspect of the vehicle(s) they service. I would recommend Ultimate European Repair to all. I am very satisfied.

Andrew (owner & head Mech) is one of the most conscientious and thorough mechanics with whom I've ever had the pleasure to do business. His complete attention to detail explains why he so proficient at troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues. He is the only BMW expert who has touched my car since I met him.

I’ve brought my car here several times for maintenance and they have been extremely helpful as well as very professional every time. When my car is in their hands I can rest assured that the job is going to get done the right way. They go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction like nothing I’ve seen… Read full review

The people at Ultimate are great. We have found our BMW Service Center in AZ!

This is the best place for BMWs. I’ve had Ultimate European repair shop work on my BMW twice and both times they were extremely professional. Their customer service is amazing. They do a full check on your car detailing everything you need to know with pictures. This is really the only place I trust with my car.

Best BMW repair shop in the valley and the only shop that services my M3. They've earned it. Ive taken my car there for service since purchasing it in 2016. This time it was to diagnose the AC and fix a small head gasket leak. Considering the size of the two jobs, I got the car back in a timely fashion and the… Read full review
