Customers consistently praise the shop for high-quality repairs, including bumper replacements, paint corrections, and dent removal, noting that the work is often indistinguishable from factory finishes. Reviewers highlight the staff's professionalism, honest pricing, and effective communication with insurance companies, along with the ability to accommodate specific schedules. One low-star review cited a significant delay in starting the repair process, though the majority of feedback remains positive regarding the final results and customer service.
