Excellent service. Professional, pleasant technicians.
Fast and efficient
I have always been happy with the service at Uncle Ed’s, but today was above and beyond my expectations! Logan and Cody went above and beyond to do everything necessary for my BMW. They took the time and had special items delivered to make sure everything was done correctly. Best Oil Change Ever!!
Matt and his team helped me big time… 3 weeks ago I had an oil change done by a different shop. They did not drain my oil correctly before refilling the oil. Matt pointed this out to me and educated me on why an Oil change shop should never do this. Thanks a lot Matt, you saved me from a huge future problem. I will be going to Matt from this point on.
Logan was the attendant who helped me!!! He was wonderful and explained everything.
The service was amazing and the attendances were very friendly. Update: service technicians are amazing.
Hunter and Logan were superb! With explaining everything that needed to be done and being very pleasant was great!
Good service and nice guys. Waited for me to find a coupon.
Prices not clear, very surprised by the bill at the end. Left not feeling well at all. Good customer service is a well informed customer. Had to return to get all of the services completed, told it would be free of charge, ended up paying more. Very disappointed 🙁
Great customer service
Always great, though, I have to $pend money to come in. See the guys here, Ryan and the crew run a great shop and always great conversation. Professional, good quality can depend on them. I know I could get this done for twenty five or forty bucks. But just not worth it, it's like the dentist, haircut ... One of…

Very fast, efficient and friendly! Great Job!
Been coming here for years with multiple cars. I came here last week and had a $25 off coupon, but it was still $100. That is insane.
Gave me premium without asking me and charged me $40 more than my regular oil change
Excellent, top notch service every time I go there.
The staff were amazing. Incredibly friendly and professional. No pressure sales, just friendly recommendations with options. The guys were amazing.
Logan and Matt, as always, went above and beyond and helped me with everything I needed. They really know how to take care of their customers and make the whole experience quick, easy, and stress-free. Lez be honest—why would you go anywhere else when these guys consistently do such a great job? If you need an oil…
I stopped here earlier today for an oil change, and was extremely satisfied with my experience! I was helped out by Logan, and he was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Logan and Cody were great! They got my oil change done so quick and we had a great chat!
Very courteous, very professional,
Logan and crew were super helpful, professional, and informative. We just moved to this area but this is my go to for oil changes now. Without Logan this place would be a 3/5, but he makes it a 5/5. Give him a raise corporate.
Fast, friendly & efficient! Great teamwork among the technicians. Definitely recommend!
Stopped in today for an oil change! Service was fast and efficient! Logan was great! Give em a big raise!!!

Great service from Logan and Cody.
My experience was fast and they weren’t nearly as pushy about the extra services as other oil change places. Logan and Cody were very respectful and kept me informed though every step of the oil change. Will definitely keep coming back!
The Uncle Ed’s team was fast and efficient. They were friendly and explained everything they were doing.
Uncle Ed has you in and out in no time. They were friendly and professional. The employee suggested what I needed without pressure or BS. I appreciated that.

Logan and Cody are quite knowledgeable and got my car in the best shape it needed to be in!! Thanks for helping n telling me about the lower slid plate and how to secure it for future uses!! Either way I’ll be back to give me car the proper engine tuning it needs next time! So much better than the stealership! I rate them 7/5 if that makes sense

Matt and his colleague were excellent in providing guidance and recommendations regarding the maintenance of my engine. I went in for an oil change and left feeling assured about the care received.
Quick, helpful and accommodating and fully entertaining
Great service as always 👏
Very poor service. Didn’t check tire pressure, didn’t fill windshield washer fluid. Just not the level of service I’d expect.
Lately they have been slacking on the normal checks. They didn’t check the tire pressure l, they didn’t check my head, tail and reverse lights, nor did they ever refill my windshield washer fluid. So I think that I will be going to a different location to get my oil changed from now on. The other thing that I wasn’t…
Best oil change place very friendly staff super quick too gave me a free car fax report
Awesome service at this location! I have been coming here for a couple of years now but I just met Logan. He was friendly and pleasant, knows what he's doing. Totally recommend!
