Excellent service. Professional, pleasant technicians.
Fast and efficient
I have always been happy with the service at Uncle Ed’s, but today was above and beyond my expectations! Logan and Cody went above and beyond to do everything necessary for my BMW. They took the time and had special items delivered to make sure everything was done correctly. Best Oil Change Ever!!
Matt and his team helped me big time… 3 weeks ago I had an oil change done by a different shop. They did not drain my oil correctly before refilling the oil. Matt pointed this out to me and educated me on why an Oil change shop should never do this. Thanks a lot Matt, you saved me from a huge future problem. I will be going to Matt from this point on.
Logan was the attendant who helped me!!! He was wonderful and explained everything.
The service was amazing and the attendances were very friendly. Update: service technicians are amazing.
Hunter and Logan were superb! With explaining everything that needed to be done and being very pleasant was great!
Good service and nice guys. Waited for me to find a coupon.
Prices not clear, very surprised by the bill at the end. Left not feeling well at all. Good customer service is a well informed customer. Had to return to get all of the services completed, told it would be free of charge, ended up paying more. Very disappointed 🙁
Great customer service
Always great, though, I have to $pend money to come in. See the guys here, Ryan and the crew run a great shop and always great conversation. Professional, good quality can depend on them. I know I could get this done for twenty five or forty bucks. But just not worth it, it's like the dentist, haircut ... One of…

Been coming here for years with multiple cars. I came here last week and had a $25 off coupon, but it was still $100. That is insane.

Excellent, top notch service every time I go there.
The staff were amazing. Incredibly friendly and professional. No pressure sales, just friendly recommendations with options. The guys were amazing.
Logan and Matt, as always, went above and beyond and helped me with everything I needed. Logan and crew were super helpful, professional, and informative. We just moved to this area but this is my go to for oil changes now. Without Logan this place would be a 3/5, but he makes it a 5/5. Give him a raise corporate.

Great service from Logan and Cody.
My experience was fast and they weren’t nearly as pushy about the extra services as other oil change places. Logan and Cody were very respectful and kept me informed though every step of the oil change. Will definitely keep coming back!

Matt and his colleague were excellent in providing guidance and recommendations regarding the maintenance of my engine. I went in for an oil change and left feeling assured about the care received.
Quick, helpful and accommodating and fully entertaining
Great service as always 👏
Very poor service. Didn’t check tire pressure, didn’t fill windshield washer fluid. Just not the level of service I’d expect.
Lately they have been slacking on the normal checks. They didn’t check the tire pressure l, they didn’t check my head, tail and reverse lights, nor did they ever refill my windshield washer fluid. So I think that I will be going to a different location to get my oil changed from now on. The other thing that I wasn’t…
Best oil change place very friendly staff super quick too gave me a free car fax report

Stopped here for a quick oil change and Logan & EJ made sure I was in & out. Provided excellent customer service, made sure my fluids were topped off and suggested necessary recommendations. I took one of their suggestions for a engine system cleaner. This will be my go to spot.
Logan and crew today were friendly, professional, and prompt.

Great place for an oil change. Logan was very thorough and explained everything.
Loved 1/2 off on wed in October for medical workers
I used to go to the one on Utica and Groesbeck, Since moving to the shores, I go to the one on Harper near 12 mile. This is my go to place for oil changes .Staff is always great. (Sorry about the dent on the above heater🤷🏻♂️) pulled in fine but had to back out due to my ladder rack🤷🏻♂️
Everyone was very welcoming when I arrived. They explained why I needed a new cabin filter. They completed everything very quickly. This location has been my go to for all my oil changes and will continue to go to them!

The location on Harper in St. Clair Shores has proven time and time again that they genuinely care about their customers! Keep up the great work guys! On a second note…. I’m here at this very moment and these guys just made sure I had all the necessary tools to help my car and they went out of their way to help me…
you tell them NO when they ask you to add engine max you say just reg. oil the cheapest service you have and they tell you $75 is the cheapest plus alittle for extra oil of about $5 get home and look at BILL and they still added $21.49 for the additive that they NEVER ADDED and never even saw them pass the oil…
The two gentlemen assisting me today were outstanding especially Derrick!!!!!
I love this place! Matt was a blessing and his attendant! Service was quick and easy. Location was clean. They were polite, respectful, pleasant.
The guys was very helpful.
Steve and Andrew did great! Love the service! Very friendly!
During all the years I got my oil changed from them, they never replaced my oil filter which helped destroyed my engine and the patent company denied my claim. Don’t go here if your car requires to remove parts of the vehicle to access the oil filter they never do it.
Fast and friendly service, Matt and EJ were great!
4.17.25 I stopped in this morning and had awesome service! The crew, was fun, fast and efficient! I go out of my way to this particular location because they always make me feel special. There is a new manager, Terrence, and he and his crew took great care of me!

uncle eds is a legit oil change spot. no high pressure sales just good work at market rates.
Everyone at this location is so nice & thorough. Nobody is rude or condescending. I’ve been going to this location for years & always have a positive experience. I recently got a new car & had a “free” (very expensive) oil change from the dealership… I’ll definitely be returning for my next oil change. 😁
