Super nice and knowledgeable! Will be doing my other rug through them!
I have been using UTR since 2016 and they are an incredible family owned business. They are so kind, helpful and do great work.
Mr. Rolando is very responsible, detailed, and very professional.
Service was great, efficient and professional. Rolando and his team took my wool braided rugs to be cleaned and they came back looking great. I also had him clean my recliner and it came out good as new . The cost was better than I expected. I will definitely use them again and I will refer them to my friends and family.
I always feel lucky when I find businesses like this one. Prompt communication, reasonable pricing, excellent service, all while being friendly and so clearly good at what they do. Rolando let me know what to expect given the age, condition, and type of rug. It came back to us less than a week later looking brand…
Rolando did a fantastic job on our rugs! All the spots are gone and our rugs look great. He was very helpful and informative and we really appreciate that. We will definitely use his company’s services again.
Rolando is very knowledgeable and did great work cleaning my area rug. It needed a serious cleaning and pet stain/odor removal and I’m very happy with the result! Thank you so much and I will be a repeat customer.
Multiple stains came out of 26 yr old rug. Pick up and delivery offered, inc moving the tables on top of rug. Happy not to have to buy new! Called other places that either refused to try cleaning it or charged more.
Rolando is knowledgeable about different rugs. He's an expert on how to clean them (not steam clean).Ours are expensive hand-woven wool rugs that required him to take them to his shop. He returned in the 3 week time-frame he gave us, and the look beautiful. We are very happy with his professionalism, knowledge and…
We've used Under the Rug for a wool rug cleaning and more recently a carpet cleaning. They do an excellent job. They're polite, quick, and thorough.
Quick, efficient, well priced, and very knowledgeable.
Excellent service friendly small business. Worth every penny to have your rugs done right by experts who know
This company was cheaper than another one I used and didn't charge for pick up or delivery!
Great job at cleaning my area rugs, and particularly our sectional and love seat.
Rolando and Brian were awesome to work with and did a superb job!
Easy process to schedule and simple process for payment. True professional! Night and Day after the clean! Detail on air dock cleaning! Must go to company for carpet cleaning!
Rolando was such a pleasure to work with – he was communicative, prompt, friendly. We have 2 medium-sized dogs, and have had our rug for 4 years. It looks brand new after getting it back this morning!! It looks so much better than I even thought was possible. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
Cleaned two expensive Indian handwoven wool rugs. Service was prompt, responsive, timely and did a great job at a reasonable price.
Service was awesome and rug looks great def recommend ✅
I finally found a great couch and rug cleaning service that can compete with my hairy Huskies! Rolando was amazing- on time, fair price, considerate of our home and did an EXCELLENT job! I’ve tried several other local cleaning services and no one even comes close. Thanks Rolando!
I’m really impressed with Rolando and his company. I reached out for the cleaning of my area rugs with very short notice and Rolando explained my options, fit me into his schedule, and provided a really fast turnaround. He was very understanding of my situation and worked with me on the pricing while still picking…
Very happy I found Under the Rug when looking for someone to clean my large wool area rugs. The pickup & delivery was quick & easy and the rugs came out much cleaner. Cleaning wool requires special treatment which was explained to me, as well as any questions answered. My rugs look new & brighter - with no odors or…
They were super courteous, very professional, on time. They picked up my rugs and delivered my rugs clean as new. Very friendly and I will absolutely use them again. I highly recommended!
Under The Rug Floor Care cleaned 3 of my rugs and I couldn't be happier with the results. The rugs came out looking. like new!!! Their workers were extremely knowledgable and professional, and at the same time warm and caring like family. The cost was way below other rug cleaners I contacted. I feel like I hit the jackpot!!!
Used Under the Rug Floor Care to clean a large wool Afghan rug that was bought second hand. They were communicative and friendly. I found them via Yelp and asked for a free estimated quote. We have used Under the Rug several times and every time we have been 100% satisfied.
Rolando is very professional, responsible and honest. My tenants stained the carpet very badly and Rolando was able to remove all the stains and excessive pet hair and he left the carpet like new. I highly recommend Rolando for any carpet cleaning job.
