United Plumbing provided excellent service. They were on time with the time estimate they provided. Tony arrived and promptly cleaned out our clean out lines. He found tree roots on the city's side and explained what I needed to do next. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Recommend this business to others.
The technician came to evaluate the problem and tried a test which took <5 mins and fixed the problem as well. He never told me he'd fix the problem or no communication was made about charge of any for this test. He later billed me $169+5% card fee.
