Great communication and very friendly. Explained everything well. Fixed everything in one session
Great experience with the free inspection for my washer drain issue. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and shared photos from the crawl space so I could better understand the problem. Highly recommend!
Anton unclogged my kitchen pipeline and tidy up. great job
Pasha (technician) was very helpful. We had a clogged drain and were unable to clear it ourselves. He arrived and fixed the drain and was very clean and polite. Left everything as it was before he arrived. Highly recommend.
Bek visited me on time at 8 am Sunday and did a good job on draining clean service to remove the clog of garbage sinks. After that work, he cleaned up all the muddy places out of pipes. In the meantime, he reminded me to turn on all faucets to test any clogs issues. He changed two kinds of heads to clean the…
Great communication and excellent work.
Prompt, excellent service! I will call them anytime I have a plumbing need or drain problem!
Great overall service and value. Very responsive even on a Saturday. Only took 2 hours to get job started. Highly recommend.
Umed yor was amazing.. he was able to locate the root cause and fixed it perfection. Definitely would recommend them
United Plumbing was able to come and clear a drain for me, even when the problem was on New Year’s Day. I was very appreciative!
Alex came out to help with our drain clogging on a Sunday morning. He was right on time as scheduled. Provided a highly professional service (snaking thru the roof). He and his staff kept me posted on the pricing (they were upfront) and clarified all my questions. He also provided recommendations based on his…
Great on time service at a reasonable price. I would recommend United Pluming.
United Plumbing provided excellent service. They were on time with the time estimate they provided. Tony arrived and promptly cleaned out our clean out lines. He found tree roots on the city's side and explained what I needed to do next. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Recommend this business to others.
The technician came to evaluate the problem and tried a test which took <5 mins and fixed the problem as well. He never told me he'd fix the problem or no communication was made about charge of any for this test. He later billed me $169+5% card fee.
Their plumber Anton was professional, efficient and thorough. He fixed the problem and also checked the crawl space to make sure everything was okay.
They are so professional and clean and honest.
Great customer service, quick response, thorough inspection and useful recommendations.
What made me decide to go with this company was their transparent pricing and fast reply times. The gentleman who came to my house was also respectful of my space and took the time to answer the many questions I had. I would definitely use this company again.
Great job done. Very professional. Reasonable service fees.
Amazing team and service. My project was not easy: we called a lot of people but only a few said they could do it. We ended up picking United Plumbing because of the good reviews and honest attitudes. They came on Sunday morning and got my problem solved. They first tried cleaning through roof, which was quite…
I had a sewer line clog between my clean out and the city’s clean out. They were able to give me a quote and same day appointment, on a Sunday no less! Their quote was very competitive. Anton came out even a bit early and immediately got to work. 20 minutes later he had cleaned everything out and my drains are now…
A really nice young Ukrainian guy came out on time and cleaned out the roots from the main line and the drain pipes in the kitchen. All is well now.
Very professional and friendly!
Very knowledgable, professional and fixed my issue very quickly. I will be calling United Plumbing next time for plumbing.
I needed my garbage disposal removed, the water line from the dish washer cleared out and a new faucet with side spray installed. The tech did a great job! Fast, efficient and no mess left behind. I recommend United Plumbing if you're looking for a fair price and professional service.
I had a kitchen sink slow draining issue and requested united plumbing via online. Oscar responded very quickly and gave me detailed price estimate. Though we initially scheduled at 5pm, I was also checked and scheduled at an early time slot. Alex came over and fixed the issue and cleaned up carefully. Great service…
Same day service to repair a clog that was occurring in the utility sink while running the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Alexander arrived on-time after Oscar scheduled me in the morning. The final quote was a bit higher than the initial quote because Alexander had to physically get on the roof to snake out the clog…
Very professional, did the work as I called and not adding any other services offer like the previous plumber.
The technician came on time and identified the issue right away. It was fast and efficient fix. I will for sure hire them if I have any issues with my plumbings.
Very kind and professional service.
They did a great job unclogging my sinks. Thank you so much! I can always rely on United Plumbing.
Called United Plumbing for sewer drain cleaning. Oscar responded quickly with any competitive quote. They sent Alex and Demitri the next morning and both are polite and professional. The two technicians went onto the roof to use snake to clean up the sewer main line since we don’t have a clean out. Demitri also wore…
I am very impressed with their service. Quick response, good communication, professional, and reasonable price. They were very fast & did a good job!
Needed an emergency snake to clear the main line at the last-minute on a Saturday. They were able to help right away and had very competitive pricing.
What a nightmare to have the kitchen sink clogged! United Plumbing was able to send someone out in a few hours to quickly take care of the problem. It was easy to schedule and they were very punctual and efficient with their work.
Alex did a great job. He was polite, on time, quick and efficient for a same day service at a good price. Highly recommend United Plumbing!
Excellent service and professionalism! I had a broken garbage disposal, and United Plumbing replaced it in a timely manner, and for a great price. The technician also left no mess behind. I was very happy with the service, and I highly recommend this company for your plumbing repairs.
United Plumbing is great! They are very professional and trustworthy. Every step is explained so there are no surprises. I will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs : )
The toilet clog has been bothering us for a week. Before United Plumbing, I called two plumbers from another platform, but they did not solve the problem (charged us anyway). I also did quote from companies I found from yelp. Some of them suggested to cut my ceiling. I am very luck to finally find the United…
Great job from all! From customer service to the plumber Alex! He was professional and got right to it and didn't stop until he fixed the problem! It was a super clogged kitchen pipe and gave us problem for two days! Fixed it in a hour! Best decision!
Amazing service, super reliable team, decent cost and thorough follow up as well!
They were available, responsive, on time, and quick. Things are working great.
Fast response, they came out at 8 pm to snake the sewer line. Worked well, plumber was professional
The water is draining very slowly from one of the bath tubs. I hired United Plumbing to unclog the drain. They arrived on time and fixed the issue in about 30min and charged according to the quote they provided. Overall very happy with their service.
I'm new to the area and was super-pleased with United Plumbing. They were thorough, they were on time ,and professional .they charge me exactly what they quoted over the phone. I would use again, and for side jobs. They're my new plumber
Of course disaster strikes at 10pm on a Saturday night…we were super backed up: showers, sinks, toilets were not working. I called several places first thing on Sunday morning and United was the only company that was able to come before 4pm…not only that, but they rearranged some things and arrived within 1 hour!…
Excellent job
The drain cleaning job is done nicely and quickly. The response time is also very short. I gave the call around 5pm, and was able to get an appointment next morning.
Technician was professional and efficient.
Kitchen sink was clogged this afternoon and the United Plumbing immediately helped book a service within an hour when I called them. Repairing started on time and problem was solved within half an hour. This was a great experience and I highly recommend United Plumbing!
Professional staff and high quality service
Great service!
Kitchen sink was clogged over the weekend and to get it fixed ASAP. Emailed late night in the hope to schedule a service the next day. We received the response right away, set up the appointment that night and was able to have a service the next day!
Den from United Plumbing is very professional and efficient. I love United plumbing’s services as they understand how painful we felt when our drain got unclogged and scheduled the appointment for us at the earliest time. Appreciated the good work from United plumbing and highly recommend them to everyone!
Very efficient and attention to details.
These guys are legit. I've needed their expertise several times and every time they have worked hard to find and solve the problem, and at a fair price that feels appropriate for the work involved. Plumbing is often hard work but it is all too common to have someone show up, work for 10 minutes, and then try to…
nicely done and reasonable price
They did a very professional and through job. Our kitchen drain was blocked. We had tried all the off the shelf drainage solutions which did not help. Had pinged some other pluming company via yelp but Adam from 5 star pluming is responded immediately. They were right on time. It took them a couple of hours to get…
They arrived promptly, professional, respectful, covid compliant, and were able to unclog my kitchen sink within an hour. I appreciate their honesty to fix what was broken and not try to oversell us on other things. I will recommend them to my friends/ family and use them again in the future!
