I was pleasantly surprised when the plumber (Alexander) arrived about 10 minutes early. He went right to work checking the cartridges in a very old shower that leaked from the shower head and valve and was no longer usable. He replaced both cartridges and the shower is now functioning again. One of my best experiences with a company.
Had an old style shower with two handles that was leaking they replaced with a single handle. After done cannot tell any work was done.

Office was very responsive for scheduling, even on Sunday. Technician arrived on time (less than an hour after confirming price, for a non-emergency issue) and diagnosed our stuck shower diverter issue in just 5 minutes, resulting in a quick fix (instead of the expected replacement cost) and saved us money in the process. Very satisfied with the outcome.
I used United Plumbing for a large repair, and they did an excellent job. They were able to do it very quickly and promptly, which was great since we needed it fixed to use our bathroom. And their prices were very reasonable. Overall they are excellent and I'll definitely be calling them again next time we have an issue.
