Very friendly and reasonable customer services. The technician is also very friendly and professional. First time repair/replace water heater, and got satisfied results in the end. Would recommend and reuse for sure.

Very responsive. They followed up almost every day even though I was not ready. They are very knowledgeable telling me that the drip pan is not required for garage and it saves the owner some bucks. I appreciate the photos of the works taken because I was not there. Will use them again.

Called United Plumbing on a Sunday, and scheduled a Water Heater installation the next morning. The technician was on-time, and they did a wonderful job with the installation of the water heater in our garage.
