Very friendly staff. They called me back the same morning and i was able to have hvac, electrical and plumbing show up and perform work the same day. Technicians were kind and courteous. They even wore slip covers inside my home. They explained what the issue was and very attentive to detail. I will be calling again for any service needs.
We unfortunately did not have a great experience. We had them come out because we were experiencing water backing up in our laundry room and utility room so we thought we needed the main drain snaked. They did come out and snake the drain and were able to pull up some roots that were in the line, but it did not stop…

I thought for sure that nothing would unclog my bathroom sink. We had already tried to snake it ourselves. We ended up calling Universal as they have served us very well in the past. They arrived very quickly and did a great job. My sink drains again! Yay!
