Very friendly staff. They called me back the same morning and i was able to have hvac, electrical and plumbing show up and perform work the same day. Technicians were kind and courteous. They even wore slip covers inside my home. They explained what the issue was and very attentive to detail. I will be calling again for any service needs.

We unfortunately did not have a great experience. We had them come out because we were experiencing water backing up in our laundry room and utility room so we thought we needed the main drain snaked. Great job ! Very Professional

I thought for sure that nothing would unclog my bathroom sink. We had already tried to snake it ourselves. We ended up calling Universal as they have served us very well in the past. They arrived very quickly and did a great job. My sink drains again! Yay!

Put in a request to get my line snaked and videoed online, and not too long after I was contacted and an appointment was set for the next day! I then had the pleasure of meeting Drew a quick, professional, and knowledgeable technician they had sent out!

I appreciated the heads up when they were on their way. Techs walked in and I explained I had snaked the kitchen and laundry pipe myself about 5-6 times over a few days bringing up some gunk and was able to get it to drain but it was slow. Max came and fixed my problem within 10 mins versus people I had out for the issue I had, they were working on it for a few hours. I definitely will be using this service if needed. Highly recommend

Universal Plumbing came out on a Sunday; our plumber, Arthur, was great. He texted us ahead of time to let us know when to expect him, and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently.

The service was prompt and excellent!

JD installed a laundry tub. He did a great job of mocking it up and fitting it to the existing faucet and tub interfaces. Vinnie did a good clean up job.
