Very friendly staff. They called me back the same morning and i was able to have hvac, electrical and plumbing show up and perform work the same day. Technicians were kind and courteous. They even wore slip covers inside my home. They explained what the issue was and very attentive to detail. I will be calling again for any service needs.

We unfortunately did not have a great experience. We had them come out because we were experiencing water backing up in our laundry room and utility room so we thought we needed the main drain snaked. I thought for sure that nothing would unclog my bathroom sink. We had already tried to snake it ourselves. We ended up calling Universal as they have served us very well in the past. They arrived very quickly and did a great job. My sink drains again! Yay!

We called Universal on Labor Day weekend for a blocked sewer drain in our basement and they were able to send Damian out in just a few hours. Damian was extremely prompt, courteous, and explained the situation before moving forward. He also provided options about prevention and the best course of action to help stop catastrophic pipe collapse.

Arthur was sent to snake our basement drain. He was on time and very polite. We were having work done on the house and there were many contractors while we had to move out. I bought this house and previous owners let tons of grease go down drains. Sewage backed up in my finished basement. Universal saved me. Arthur was my hydrojet technician and he was great.

The discharge piping for my sump pump was partially plugged with mineral/sediment build up. Universal plumbing came out and hydrojetted the pvc line. I saw the before and after and this jetting cleans the pipe to a like new condition . They also installed a clean out which the old pvc did not have. May not be the cheapest , but they do it right!
