10/10 service. Fast, easy, professional, and fairly priced. I had a leaking faucet with an old shut off system. They replaced my faucet and fixed/rebuilt the shut off system. Will be calling them for my next service.

Sean and Paul addressed ALL the issues during their service call. Even the extra issues that the initial service wasn't for. Very friendly guys who were easy to talk to and explained everything easily. Cleaned up after themselves which is a big deal to me. Will definitely be using the services again

We highly recommend Universal. Our under mount sink sagged after removing our original faucet. It was clear the original install was done improperly. Andrew, the installer, did a great job installing my kitchen faucet. Excellent plumbers. From Chris the first day to Colin and Max doing alot of work. Very professional. Plumbers JD and Max came out ti replace copper pipes to new modern pipes for our dishwasher. Very professional and excellent plumbers. I would hire Universal again of course their plumber are awesome

The Universal Team did a fantastic job with a kitchen sink and garbage disposal installation as well as bringing the plumbing up to code.

Great service. Replaced a leaky old faucet. The service was professional. I'm very happy with the end product.

Damian had some very old and rusted pipes and he worked and worked to get us no hookups and new faucets in the living room and bathroom. Super professional, showed us and explained everything that were issues and what he did. Have shared how happy we are with his work with others. We have more work to be done and will request Damian always!

The tech Mark was very professional. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He did the install then gave me pointers about my garbage disposal and pipes. He then asked and showed me where the hot water temperature should be. I would recommend them and will use again.

Highly recommend! The installer, Damien, was very professional, took the extra time to re-route some pipes so I didn't have to lose a cabinet like the previous plumber had stated and even cleaned up! 5 ⭐️

This is what you want in a plumber. Professional honest and on time. Adam came to our house and worked hard for 9 hours. Making sure everything was done to code as if it was his own house. Universal Plumbing and Sewer is great and Adam is the main reason. No BS just exceptional service and fair pricing. Give em a call.
