10/10 service. Fast, easy, professional, and fairly priced. I had a leaking faucet with an old shut off system. They replaced my faucet and fixed/rebuilt the shut off system. Will be calling them for my next service.

Sean and Paul addressed ALL the issues during their service call. Even the extra issues that the initial service wasn't for. Very friendly guys who were easy to talk to and explained everything easily. Cleaned up after themselves which is a big deal to me. Will definitely be using the services again

We have had a multitude of plumbing issues since buying our home in July 22’ Universal has came to our rescue everytime (specially appreciate Terry) fair pricing & fast response. UPDATE 7/14/26 Universal continues to be a class act. Drew arrived on property this morning and was wonderful. This will be the only plumbing service we use.

Higher prices, but good service. Shop around if price matters, but confidently select this company if looking for satisfactory work. Nice employees, and professional.

Brandon came out and repaired an outside faucet and added a pipe to another outside fixture. He did a great job and explained what the problems were. The price was reasonable and I am happy with the work. If I need future work done, I will definitely call them.

Chris from universal came to replace a delta shower cartridge that was leaking. He explained everything very well and did a great job!

This is the 3rd time I have used this company. I had different Technicians each time and they were all great! Very happy with the work done. Each time everything was shown and explained.

Mark was very pleasant and professional. The work that he did was extremely good not to mention he explained everything to us. Additionally, he left our home clean and put together.

Chris arrived on time for the appointment, quickly provided a quote for me to approve. Had to make multiple trips out to his truck for parts, always took his booties off outside and put them back on to keep work area clean. Excellent work, friendly, professional. Highly recommend.

Damian had some very old and rusted pipes and he worked and worked to get us no hookups and new faucets in the living room and bathroom. Super professional, showed us and explained everything that were issues and what he did. Have shared how happy we are with his work with others. I have used universal plumbing several times. Had all shut off valves repaired, new sump pump, toilets rebuilt, new outside drain pipe. All plumbers are good. Mark has been here more than once and they are the guys to call.
