Damian has done several repairs and installs at my home. He’s always on time, courteous, and willing to answer any questions that I have had. Needless to say, his work is always top notch and professional.
Brandon came out and repaired an outside faucet and added a pipe to another outside fixture. He did a great job and explained what the problems were. The price was reasonable and I am happy with the work. If I need future work done, I will definitely call them.
Changed out three outside faucets and inside the house valves to more effective parts! They did a great job, were on time and neat and clean. Not sure if I paid a bit on the high.end but o didn’t have many reference points! It’s nice not having leaking outside faucets that are also set for freezing temps!!

The discharge piping for my sump pump was partially plugged with mineral/sediment build up. Universal plumbing came out and hydrojetted the pvc line. I saw the before and after and this jetting cleans the pipe to a like new condition . They also installed a clean out which the old pvc did not have. May not be the cheapest , but they do it right!
They arrived early and ready to go. Explained everything and did great!
They charged me $537 just to perform a diagnostic and then wanted $5733 for a total repipe which I can't afford, I do not recommend Universal plumbing and sewer unless you have VERY deep pockets.
I have used universal plumbing several times. Had all shut off valves repaired, new sump pump, toilets rebuilt, new outside drain pipe. All plumbers are good. Mark has been here more than once and they are the guys to call.
