Sean and Paul addressed ALL the issues during their service call. Even the extra issues that the initial service wasn't for. Very friendly guys who were easy to talk to and explained everything easily. Cleaned up after themselves which is a big deal to me. Will definitely be using the services again

Brandon came out and repaired an outside faucet and added a pipe to another outside fixture. He did a great job and explained what the problems were. The price was reasonable and I am happy with the work. If I need future work done, I will definitely call them.

Jeff was friendly, fast and transparent diagnosing cause of water leak in basement. Got the necessary pipes, clamps and related assembly and replaced a corroded clamp and pipe section.

My technician JD H was very knowledgeable he used multiple methods to try and find my problem. He also gave me a couple of options just in case it presented itself later down the road . Keep up the good work!!!

Mark was here a day early..( bonus. !!).. knew exactly where the problem was.new parts on, he was neat on his cleanup too ( bonus again !)… wore shoe covers , as my carpet is fairly new… another bonus.. A+

JD from Universal Plumbing was on time, very professional and did a great job. He removed the hot water tank, removed the bad pipe and confirmed the leak in the crawl was eliminated. Cleanup was done professionally and if I have any future problems, I will contact Universal to do the job.

Friendly, competent, fast, and overall great service.

Had a leak under my house..was a broken line..had it fixed not even 20 minutes..in and out..the guys were friendly and professional. You bet I recommend them..both techs deserve raises..iv seen some good techs..and I do maitenance work for a mcdonalds..my job is to fix what I can till its time to call in the pros..and damn these guys were good.

We had a fridge delivered from Lowes and they connected the water line in our causing a leak under our floor boards and into our basement. We've used Universal Plumbing a few times now and are always happy with their service.
