Great service and excellent work. Service technician could have used a helper to speed things up and make his job a little easier.

Sean and Paul addressed ALL the issues during their service call. Even the extra issues that the initial service wasn't for. Very friendly guys who were easy to talk to and explained everything easily. Cleaned up after themselves which is a big deal to me. Will definitely be using the services again

Great Service. What a professional company.

We have had a multitude of plumbing issues since buying our home in July 22’ Universal has came to our rescue everytime (specially appreciate Terry) fair pricing & fast response. UPDATE 7/14/26 Universal continues to be a class act. Drew arrived on property this morning and was wonderful. This will be the only plumbing service we use.

Damion did an outstanding job while explaining everything along the way. Very clean and through.

If I could give 10 stars rating I would. Lee did a fantastic job, clean work, very informative and friendly. He also arrived about an hour after we called. For future plumbing problems I will call again.

Chris and Sean did an outstanding job fixing a leaky tub. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Chris was very knowledgeable about every plumbing question and concern I had throughout my house. I'm a very happy customer.

Very professional, showed up on time and got the work done quickly. I had a broken drain in my bathroom that was leaking into my basement. The price was reasonable and thankfully he had the parts on the truck to fix the issue (that is always a plus) I would definitely recommend this company and I will call them for any future problems that could occur.

Universal Plumbing did a great job repairing water piping leaks in my home resulting from the recent cold temperatures. They were very professional and clearly explainer all the work that was needed and completed the work in less than a day. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Jeff was very professional to work with and did a good job. I had a leaking tub drain and he replaced it all in a few hours. I’ve had no issues since! Jeff definitely knew what he was doing and explained it all to me. These kinds of services can be a bit expensive but come with a warranty for peace of mind. I would use Universal again.

Colin was absolutely amazing. He handled a tough job with grace, and he was very professional. I really appreciate not only the great job he did, but his awesome personality. Great customer service, my kids followed around and were asking questions and the workers were very kind and explained everything and answered all there questions. Walked us through the process every step of the way.

Universal Plumbing is the best! Our technician, Jeff S was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and the price was reasonable for the work he did. I would recommend Universal Plumbing anytime.

Chris is honest. He told me what's the problem and what's needed to be done. He even called the company that makes the faucet so the parts can be delivered to my house. He took the time to explain different options available. Gave reasonable pricing as well. I did not feel the pressure to get the job done just because he was already in the house.

Excellent plumbers. From Chris the first day to Colin and Max doing alot of work. Very professional. Plumbers JD and Max came out ti replace copper pipes to new modern pipes for our dishwasher. JD from Universal Plumbing was on time, very professional and did a great job. He removed the hot water tank, removed the bad pipe and confirmed the leak in the crawl was eliminated. Cleanup was done professionally and if I have any future problems, I will contact Universal to do the job.

Bryce came out by the specified time window, installed a leaking gas valve. Repaired the valve quickly but professionally. Answered any questions without hesitation. Price was totally reasonable. Definitely recommend.

They were awesome, fast, efficient and very professional.

We had a leak upstairs that was coming down through the kitchen ceiling. Bryce quickly found the source of leak and had it fixed in the same visit. The repair was neat and clean, I am relieved to have this fixed! We were impressed with the professionalism and courtesy, overall a great experience.
