Changed out three outside faucets and inside the house valves to more effective parts! They did a great job, were on time and neat and clean. Not sure if I paid a bit on the high.end but o didn’t have many reference points! It’s nice not having leaking outside faucets that are also set for freezing temps!!

Very professional, showed up on time and got the work done quickly. I had a broken drain in my bathroom that was leaking into my basement. The price was reasonable and thankfully he had the parts on the truck to fix the issue (that is always a plus) I would definitely recommend this company and I will call them for any future problems that could occur.

Jeff was friendly, fast and transparent diagnosing cause of water leak in basement. Got the necessary pipes, clamps and related assembly and replaced a corroded clamp and pipe section.

This company came out once and said they scoped the pipes in my basement and found one clog and said they hydrojeted in my basement and cleared the clog. I had an emergency on a Saturday night and Universal had someone out to my home within an hour. The problem was fixed in a short time. This is the only plumbing company I use.

Very professional and took the time when questions were asked, cleaned everything up. It was like they weren't even there.
