I needed two bathtub drains fixed, and Brandon Was very professional and fixed everything I would definitely recommend Universal plumbing to anyone who needs their services

the tech was friendly took care of my leaking shower problem fast and it is now fixed and at I think a very fair price I would call them in future for any more plumbing problems I have

Very pleased with my service, as always. Brandon explained everything, showed me what needed to be done and why, walked me through the job afterwards and left everything as clean as he found it. He was friendly and professional, and finished the work much more quickly than I anticipated. All things considered it was definitely a five star experience!

Colin came and replaced my shower valve in a timely and clean matter. Damian did a good job of quickly identifying my problem. I was a little concerned that he may not have the part in his truck, which would have required another visit and additional cost, but he had it and fixed the issue. He also provided a couple other recommendations, which I appreciated.

Amazing and fast service. Damian even fought with our management company for us to get the job completed. Very thorough job even when we had to reschedule a couple times. Very great work!

Great company and above and beyond customer service from Chris. He came on a Saturday and no extra charge and took his time to finish all the work and clean up after himself. Highly highly recommend them.

We had Universal come out earlier this year to install a new water heater and replace our shower fixtures and put new shutoff valves at the front of the house. Chris arrived on time for the appointment, quickly provided a quote for me to approve. Had to make multiple trips out to his truck for parts, always took his booties off outside and put them back on to keep work area clean. Excellent work, friendly, professional. Highly recommend.

Damian was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He knew what was wrong and was able to fix the problem the same day, whereas other businesses had to schedule a follow up appointment a week or more later. He cleaned up after himself and tested the repair before leaving.

This is what you want in a plumber. Professional honest and on time. Adam came to our house and worked hard for 9 hours. Making sure everything was done to code as if it was his own house. Universal Plumbing and Sewer is great and Adam is the main reason. No BS just exceptional service and fair pricing. Give em a call.
