I needed two bathtub drains fixed, and Brandon Was very professional and fixed everything I would definitely recommend Universal plumbing to anyone who needs their services

the tech was friendly took care of my leaking shower problem fast and it is now fixed and at I think a very fair price I would call them in future for any more plumbing problems I have

Very pleased with my service, as always. Brandon explained everything, showed me what needed to be done and why, walked me through the job afterwards and left everything as clean as he found it. He was friendly and professional, and finished the work much more quickly than I anticipated. All things considered it was definitely a five star experience!

Jeff did an amazing job! He was courteous, respectful of property, explained everything he was going to do & did it! No more leaks! I would recommend him to everyone.

Colin came and replaced my shower valve in a timely and clean matter. I was told before the job that they may need to cut my ceramic tile wall to gain access, but to my surprise only a small section of tile was cut and put back looking good as new. I've seen other reviews complaining about the price, but you get… Read full review

Damian did a good job of quickly identifying my problem. I was a little concerned that he may not have the part in his truck, which would have required another visit and additional cost, but he had it and fixed the issue. He also provided a couple other recommendations, which I appreciated.

Amazing and fast service. Damian even fought with our management company for us to get the job completed. Very thorough job even when we had to reschedule a couple times. Very great work!

Very professional, nice, knowledgeable the out come was awesome

The 2 guys that came to the house were great… but you’re a dispatch is not great. Had someone sitting here waiting because my window was from 11 to 2… when I called At 1:30 to see what was going on they didn’t have a tech scheduled.

Great company and above and beyond customer service from Chris. He came on a Saturday and no extra charge and took his time to finish all the work and clean up after himself. Highly highly recommend them.

We had Universal come out earlier this year to install a new water heater and replace our shower fixtures and put new shutoff valves at the front of the house. Since that time, we've had them come back out to snake the drain in the basement due to a backup and will be having an outdoor faucet replaced mid October.… Read full review

Reliable service. Colin was fast & professional.

We are very pleased with Universal Plumbing and Sewer. We would highly recommend them. And we loved Liam!!!

They did an awesome job converting my older bathtub/ shower plumbing (which was leaking) to the newer single handle style! Very professional & quality work!! Also, my plumber let me know that if we proceeded with another job I was considering… there might be very expensive issues that pop up!… I’m very thankful… Read full review

Chris arrived on time for the appointment, quickly provided a quote for me to approve. Had to make multiple trips out to his truck for parts, always took his booties off outside and put them back on to keep work area clean. Excellent work, friendly, professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent professional service.

We always use Universal. Arthur was professional, on-time and extremely helpful.

They were not just on time they were early. Very respectful of time and space. Bathroom repair took a while to complete. Lots of replumbing. Clean, friendly, helpful. Both really nice and professional men. JD had been there a few days prior to diagnose the issue. Tub overflow valve was not even connected. He took… Read full review

We went with Universal because of the professionalism and thoroughness of the initial quote. They completely replaced our 80 year old galvanized system with PEX piping, videoed and jet cleaned our sewers, and discovered a hidden concern with our toilet cast iron stack. Luckily we budgeted for most of this and the… Read full review

Damian was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He knew what was wrong and was able to fix the problem the same day, whereas other businesses had to schedule a follow up appointment a week or more later. He cleaned up after himself and tested the repair before leaving.

Mark and Liam, the plumbers who came out, did an amazing job!

He was amazing! Did a great job

The Universal Plumbing Team are consummate professionals. I am grateful for their expertise. If you need plumbing repairs, try Universal. You'll be glad you did!

The service technicians that were here were very nice, did an amazing job. I love it. I liked how they cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend your company to all my friends and family. Thank you again on a job well done. Holly Oblinger

We had a shower that was no longer able to shut off the water. The plumber was able to identify the issue and repair it quite quickly!

Where do I begin? Mark M is a real life saver. We started having some potentially serious plumbing problems/leaking and tried calling 3 other companies. Long story short no one was able to meet my needs except for these guys and they were absolutely outstanding. Everything from setting up an appointment time with… Read full review

JD came to my house to fix a leaking shower . He was professional and courteous. I know nothing about plumbing. He fixed my problem without trying to up sell me on better things. I will use this company for any future plumbing issues. Was very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

Great service, very professional

Bryce was friendly and professional. He explained every step of the service before preforming any work. Excellent work!!!

Mark was great to work with. He’s been to our home before after a water pipe burst. He was thorough and welcomed my questions so that I understood what was happening and what our options were for repair. He was no different for this water leak in our shower. Walked us through what he found and suggestions for… Read full review

I would like to give a shot out to BRYCE. HE WAS at our house for quite awhile today. Was very informative and helpful answering our questions. Did quite a lot of work. Very polite and explained each thing when he was doing it, then showed us. Very nice guy and did a wonderful job, even cleaning up. Was very… Read full review

Damian was in time, very kind. Extended a senior discount, was thorough in his work and in general a very nice representative of Universal. Have used this company before and found them to have excellent prices and knowledgeable workers!

These guys were helpful, friendly and COVID careful! They saved me money and trouble by making an alternate suggestion to my request. It was wonderful to feel that I can trust these guys to tell me the truth. I will use this company for the rest of my Airbnbs and also will share this company with my Airbnb colleagues!

We called on Tuesday to have our leaking 3 handle shower system looked at. Had the first worker come look the next day. Told us what was going on. Also told me how to save a few bucks ( much appreciated!!) Then scheduled for Adam and his partner to come out on Thursday to do the work. They arrived on time. They were… Read full review
