This company is absolutely predatory! We had them out to fix a flange on our basement toilet. I had removed the toilet before he arrived to save time. He fixed the flange with an adapter. My technician was thorough and very clear about what happened. He provided great service and follow up. I have use this company in the past. My sister has used them as well and appreciated the promptness. I mean who can wait days for a plumber when it’s your only toilet.
