This company is absolutely predatory! We had them out to fix a flange on our basement toilet. I had removed the toilet before he arrived to save time. He fixed the flange with an adapter. Colin did a great job. Wore shoe covers and used proper equipment. Went the extra mile to assist properly. He was incredibly helpful, respectful and informative.

Technicians JD and Max were informative, helpful, patient with my questions, and provided the necessary information for the work done and that might need to be done. JD spent extra time making sure the job was finished correctly.

Harry worked well along Rob in remodeling my bathroom. He was professional, friendly, and worked hard to keep everything super clean. He too, was especially quiet as I worked from home due to the pandemic. I would definitely want Harry back to work on any future projects in my home.

Bryce did an excellent job installing the new flush valve assembly for the urinal. Parts took about 3 weeks to arrive and the flush valve portion was too long, neither of which were his fault. Despite the wrong size Bryce was creative and found a way to make it work.

I have used universal plumbing several times. Had all shut off valves repaired, new sump pump, toilets rebuilt, new outside drain pipe. All plumbers are good. Mark has been here more than once and they are the guys to call.
