I recently had some repairs to my hot water heater and was delighted by my experience. The technician, J D, was very capable and respectful. I enjoyed being in his company.

Our water heater started leaking and Colin came out and sorted it out. A couple days later he installed a new one and I warmly recommend his services to anyone who have plumbing needs.

Chris came to give us an estimate for a tankless heater. He did thorough job of explaining what all he was looking for. We also learned our dog knew how to open doors that day and made his way to the basement unexpectedly. Thankfully Chris was super comfortable with meeting our dog.

Arthur arrived right on time. He was very professional. He evaluated our situation and showed us where the problem was. Walked us through each process. He was able to get the flooding cleared and recommended we get the hydro done on our pipes. He was able to schedule within 4 days. Thank you for coming to our rescue.
