I recently had some repairs to my hot water heater and was delighted by my experience. The technician, J D, was very capable and respectful. I enjoyed being in his company.

Our water heater started leaking and Colin came out and sorted it out. A couple days later he installed a new one and I warmly recommend his services to anyone who have plumbing needs.

Chris came to give us an estimate for a tankless heater. He did thorough job of explaining what all he was looking for. We also learned our dog knew how to open doors that day and made his way to the basement unexpectedly. Thankfully Chris was super comfortable with meeting our dog.

Arthur arrived right on time. He was very professional. He evaluated our situation and showed us where the problem was. Walked us through each process. Our water heater went out over the weekend and universal had someone out the next morning to assess the situation. Within 24 hours I had all of my issues fixed and a new water heater installed. Their crew was extremely polite and very friendly from the start of the call all the way down to the installation! Would highly recommend.

We woke up to a leaking water heater. Only 3 hrs after calling, JD was there, and on a Saturday. He explained the repair cost compared to a new unit cost, and the risk of future repair for a 13 year old tank. Installation took about 2 hours and works great.

These people are awesome. The plumbers are knowledgeable, on time and they do a great job. They clean up the area when done and treat the home/homeowner like you’d want to be treated. Highly recommended.
