Had a fantastic experience with these guys twice now. My house needed a full service and 3 guys came out and went through the job like it was no big deal. Steven, Caleb, and Thomas were the guys who came out today and all of them were great especially with my dogs who kept wanting to be a part of the project. Highly recommend

I had a power outage in several switches in the basement as well as one toilet bidet. Extremely professional, friendly and thorough.

Great service from initial contact to home visit and estimate, and finally installation. City inspectors came a week after install and even they commented how it was clear that Universal knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work.

Andrew and his team were great! Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Had a good experience with this company. The electricians James and Tommy updated our laundry room lights from pull switches to an on and off switch. Also updated stove connection from 3 to 4 prong. Austin added a dedicated line for a new over the range microwave that he installed.The contractor that remodeled our kitchen in 2017 hooked up the microwave to an existing line.
