Professional, Honest, and Exceptional Workmanship
I called Universal Power and Electric after another electrical contractor left behind substandard work on a recent septic pump circuit installation.
From the start, they were completely professional, prompt, and thorough. When they arrived to evaluate the job, they immediately spotted the basement wiring issues on their own, specifically where conduit had been improperly strapped across floor joists, and reinstalled the wiring cleanly so it aligned with the existing layout of the home.
Andrew also re-leveled an exterior strut post supporting our outdoor septic box that had been set unevenly by the prior installer. They performed the work efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and provided a transparent, itemized invoice on the spot.
It is refreshing to deal with licensed professionals who take pride in clean, beyond code-compliant workmanship and treat the customer's property with respect. I highly recommend Universal Power and Electric to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality electrical work in the Oakland County area!
